Economy Inn - Burbank Airport — Hotel in Los Angeles

The Economy Inn advertised Wi-Fi, tho No secure connection, only an Open connection, which does me no good. Woman on phone was nice. When I showed up at the hotel, the guy at the desk lacked any real social skills & completely missed showing care or kindness, with Zero professional manner. He followed me around with an obvious aire of distrust. Had there been another hotel with availability, I'd have left 1 minute into the interaction. Can you say, Rude!? Unfortunately, it appears this _ is the manager. I immediately started looking into other options for the next night. The only reason I clicked one star is because I had to to leave a comment. My suggestion: Look elsewhere first... Anyone who can't even pretend to be kind or polite, when more than $100 is given to them for a night in a Stinky, noisy room, doesn't deserve the 100, or to be in business. I got excited when I saw the little refrigerator in the room. Upon opening it, not only was there no freezer, there was nothing cold about the unit & no dial to make it colder. Dirt & wet hair at the base of it... I'll probably unplug it for some semblance of quiet. One thing I'm thankful for...only One night in this dive and of course, for being alive! Hope this helps/saves...

Well, where to start, I use to love coming here just that last 2 years been just a been a nightmare, and I am constantly coming here I don't know why we keep coming back. He charges me way over priced 140 for a at the most the room is a 80$ room. And idk what's the deal with the owner but he really just likes to be in professional. I been here the last 4 days and not once have we gotten any room service or even a wash clothes. I'm am homeless as it is and I have to worry about a overprice room with bugs. Not to mention that if I came during the owner's wife was on shift she would charge me way less, then once I think that things are getting better he comes and talks to her in her Arabic language for Indian whatever they are and tell them to charge me more than everybody else. Don't see the point where I'd rather go to El Pollo loco in pitch a tent.

To sum it all up no I don't recommended this place needs to catch up with this modern time Whatever you do...

This motel needs to be looked at by the better business Bureau. If I could give it negative stars I would. We got in the motel where they are living behind the office window. Very rude customer service and the old lady was sitting on a swing behind the counter watching TV. Doesn't look like they should be in business. We got to our room and pulled back the sheets where there were grease stained sheets crumbs under that as well plastic sheet over the mattress. We then went to the counter to get our money back after 8 minutes in the room and the whole family came to the window to argue with us. Couldn't get a refund as they calmed we were there for a hour like my girlfriend was a working girl. I don't care if the location is convenient to Universal studio's it is NOT WORTH IT!! I JUST HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS OTHERS IN NOT MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID. It should not be on any booking sites or...
