Read moreWhenever I go to this store my beverage never tastes right and I always feel terrible asking for the baristas to fix/redo my beverage. However, this past Thursday I ordered two venti iced coffees with cream and 3 pumps vanilla and 3 pumps white mocha. Since I’ve had really bad luck at this location I thought that this would be simple enough to not screw up. Nope. I got my beverages and neither of them tasted right (mind you - I get this specific beverage frequently at other locations so I’m familiar with the flavor). It tasted like the barista put a couple of pumps of some sort of natural sweetener (sugar cane, stevia, agave) and that’s it. I apologized and said they didn’t taste right and if they could just add the pumps of vanilla and white mocha. I got a rude attitude from the barista helping me. I left and went about my day only to have me and my friend getting sick after we drank about a quarter of our coffees. I am going to this starbucks every morning. It never happend that I get the correct order only at this location. I asked a coffe with creamer and 2 brown sugar. Everytime either there is no creamer added or they forget to give me sugar and I have to stop by in 711 get sugar or half and half to add it to my coffee. I talked to the manager to correct this problem since I am experiencing it everyday and she offered me a free coffee which I didn't accept. I don't need a free coffee I need to get a correct order to start my day. So if anyone reads this review please have them to pay attentions to what people ask.
