I enjoyed the quality of services that we received. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I met 6 employees during my visits. I spoke with Al, who was very friendly. Every time that I call, it was something about his cheerful voice that made me want to do business at Signaroma. When I met Al in person, his personality was more than what I expected. He offered me water, coffee, and gave me the history about the company. Al communicated effectively throughout the entire process and assured me that I would be satisfied with the graphic designer's work. Willie, was very friendly and he removed my old window decal in a fast manner. We laughed and killed time, while he was working. It made the time go by faster. Juan, and Ryan did a good job with installing my window decal and they also engaged in conversation. Willie, remembered me by my first name. Its good to see all the employees working together to get the job done. I don't recall the new receptionist's name, but she was very nice as well. She was on her way home, about to drive away in her car. I asked her was the business closed, because I had to use the restroom. She said they are about to lock up, but you can use the restroom. She placed her vehicle in park, and escorted me back inside. I appreciate her going out of her way, because it was obvious that she had already clocked out for the day. I would definitely do business here again. Amazing service and quality of work. The employees are experienced and will do what it takes to get the job done. A raise...
Read moreThis was the most unprofessional experience I have had in my adult career. They took payment, failed to deliver the product, refused to issue a promised refund, and ignored all communication. Hence, I am also reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.
We were promised our business sign by midweek. That deadline came and went, and every day afterward we called for updates. Each time, we were told that “David,” the CEO, would call us back. He never did. Not once.
When I finally spoke to an attendant days after the promised deadline, they couldn’t even confirm whether the sign was complete. I had already paid for the product, hired an installer, and yet the company couldn’t even tell me if the sign existed.
David showed a complete lack of care or concern for the fact that they had already taken my money. At one point, they said a refund would be issued—but no refund was ever provided. I sent an email asking them to confirm when the refund would occur, and they never responded. Because of this, I've had to report them to my credit card company in order to get my money back, and I am still in the process of dealing with that.
To this day, they have not returned a my email.
I'd wouldn't bother wtih this company. Signarama was not just unprofessional—they...
Read moreI have been going back and forth with these people for signage since the end of February of this year. The first signs they procured for me were absolute garbage and looked like a child made them. I refused to put them up in my office, and the person I was working with at the time, Jared, seemingly understood and told me he would work on recreating them, he just needed a few weeks. This was back in mid-June. I then learned a few weeks after that Jared was let go for stealing from the company, which sure, is an awful situation. I then was asked to pay even more money to get the signs I wanted originally made since allegedly they cost more. I am still without this signage that has cost me a few grand at this point, the owner seems to be a coward who has his employees do all of his bidding for him. To be fair, they are very nice, but no one seems to have any idea what's going on whenever I call and ask for an update. They've now become unresponsive. This is shady business at this point, and I now have to resort to a dispute with Amex. Absolutely...
