When your laptop is your main work tool, a broken screen is basically a small disaster. Mine suddenly turned into an abstract art installation — black spot in the corner, colorful stripes all over, and I couldn’t even type my password to connect an external monitor. To make things worse, that same day I had a job interview, got a test assignment, and had only a few days to finish it. Every hour counted.

In panic mode, I searched for a repair shop with good reviews, found this one — and honestly, I couldn’t have chosen better. The rating truly matches the level of service.

They accepted my laptop the moment I arrived. Diagnostics were done right in front of me, for free, and they immediately gave me the full estimate — no hidden fees, no surprises later. They ordered the replacement part on the spot and explained possible delivery times. There was a small delay from the courier (bad luck!), but the staff kept me updated the whole time and called proactively to let me know what was happening.

Once the part arrived, I dropped off the laptop and it was ready in aproximately 2.5 hours. They knew how important timing was for me and made the repair a priority job, without charging anything extra for that.

They replaced the screen (matrix), and it’s perfect — just like the original. I’ve been using it for over two months now with zero issues. They even cleaned the internals for free, which was a pleasant bonus.

Price-wise, everything was fair and transparent: the screen itself is expensive, but the labor cost was very reasonable, and the full breakdown was clearly listed in the receipt.

All in all — five stars, well deserved. Professional, honest, fast, and truly customer-oriented. Thanks to their speed, I managed to finish my test task on time, and yes — I got that job 😄

Horrible place. Total scam. Stay away when possible. *Believe me. I have a PhD degree in computer science. I am pretty sure those guys know nothing. They are just a joke in computer repair!!! *

I left my printer there. Before I sent my printer there, I asked them if they can fix my printer. They said they can. It is important, since if the printer cannot be fixed, I will just buy some other brand and model. I bought the printer for $99. So if the fix cost is more than 40-50, it is not worth it. They told me that they will evaluate the fix. If it is a simple fix, they charge only $30.

A day later, they told me the printer was fixed, and I need to bring the ink to test it. For me, I don'[t want to buy any new ink. Because if the printer cannot be fixed, I would rather buy a new one instead of spending more money on the ink. They told me that I don't need to worry, since they have "fixed" it. When I spent almost $60 for new inks and went to the place, apparently they didn't fix it at all. They just use the "clean printer head" option in the menu and thought they "fixed" it.

Finally, since the ink I bought cannot be returned. I had to threw the old printer away and bought new printer...

SCAMMERS Brought new pc to fix the throttling problem, two hours after I came to grab the pc back and payed the man at the desk for work. He said that he updated something and everything should work fine when I buy myself graphics card, that processor throttles because it has integrated graphic card etc. when I got home I had a feeling that he did absolutely nothing but took money from me, so I called other company “flow pc” the guy on the phone immediately said that I should just update my bios, which I did and all the problems were immediately solved! The guy didn’t take a cent from me for the advice, and this micro computer center “specialists” will ensure you that you will get professional help which you can rely on, and then just take your money and talk you away. He literally didn’t do anything and didn’t update anything, he even installed fans wrong way lol, that made it even worse, but he took my money, and will take yours! Updating the bios is the most basic thing that you should do to the new pc, and these scammers didn’t even know that! I asked them to return the money (96$) he said yes, but he flew away for a vacation and just ignored me when I asked to hurry up...
