I feel this place has terrible customer service. If your going to run a business whether it be cars, retail or restaurant a customer is ALWAYS right. Regardless how you feel, and who's at fault. This company shipped 2 of the same knuckles for our car and when we received them the guy is out of town for awhile with no way of having this fixed ASAP. Anyways....finally get in touch with him and hes not apologetic what so ever. He said ok ship them back which we paid for and then he will send the right one back.Never once did he offer to reimburse the shipping cost or over night the product. In the end if this owner took the extra step and checked to make sure he was shipping the right parts we wouldnt be in this situation. Because he messed this up we missed a drift event. Understand that this owner made it to his of course. Also for the owner to reply back with no bro I'm not over nighting this because it cost 3 times the price is a full on joke and lie. I personally work for fed ex and to ship over night to our area from his isnt expensive at all. Just pure laziness. If this owner doesn't make it right with this situation then we will never order from this company again and we will tell our drift buddies as well, to buy else where. The carelessness shows into the lack of you paying attention. Now I have to fork out more money to fix YOU'RE mistake. I personally will never order...
Read moreOrdered a bunch of parts and they were packaged really poorly. Upon arrival the hard brake lines were sticking through the box. One flare was damaged, and was replaced as requested. Upon checking the components, a 6 piston caliper kit was ordered. But we received a 4 piston kit. Had to spend money on shipping to send this back. After about 2w, finally received the replacements. Which were again 4 piston calipers. I had to order everything elsewhere since I could not hold up the build anymore. I requested a full return which was accepted. After about a week or two I received a partial refund minus about $450.00. I asked why this was not a full refund, to be told it was a restocking fee and to cover employee costs. If I made a mistake fine. 3 mistakes on poor packing and wrong parts has nothing to do with me. I gave ample opportunity to respond and give the rest of the refund. Since you choose to ignore me, you now have a dispute for the balance and a negative review. Hope it was worth it.
Update: After I left this honest review, the business owner posted a retaliatory review on my own business, despite never having been a customer. I’ve reported this to Google as a conflict of interest. This kind of behavior...
Read moreWhere to start? Got shipping notice my Item had shipped. 2 weeks went by with no movement on the UPS tracking. Contacted SIlvermine, they told me to open an investigation with UPS... so I did, only to find that the product had not actually shipped! I would have been OK with "we are behind"... instead of a LIE... the product arrived in a shredded box... the power steering is supposed to be a direct fit ... not in my car ...after numerous problems I have reinstalled the stock steering and will work out solutions for this...
