Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Unbelievable! Just a few days I placed a order online and called the store ( requested napkins ) and got 0 of them. Today I placed a order for the same thing and the driver ( manager he said ) didn't follow instructions as requested ( leave at door ) I work in a retirement home. I can't leave the gates unlocked because we have people with dementia here and they will walk out and be in danger. So I called the store and they did try to help so I can get my pizza redelivered but the manager went ahead and canceled it. I placed a new order online with the right number as they said I didn't put my number the first time. I called just to double check about the whole issue and the manager was so rude to me. He took on the role of a teacher and I felt as he was talking to me like as if he was trying to teach me something. When he's working making money and not even taking the costumer's requests the first time. I was kind enough not to get a refund from the other order with no napkins. He even told me ( is that hard ) after I provided the right number over the phone like 5 times.! Please don't order from this place. I have proof in pictures of all the times they get my pizza wrong and they don't even add the right quantities of ingredients to the pizzas. That store needs high supervision! Because that's not acceptable that these employees wanna get into these conversations that lead to nothing.

This is my second order I had to place and I'm not receiving it after cancelling due to the managers attitude to me the person ordering.

Within a month I tried: Little Caesers, Dominoe's and Pizza Hut. I have to say Pizza Hut hands down is the best "pizza chain" pizza I've eaten. Why, because I was absolutely delighted with my pizza. Pizza Hut has the best "new thing" in pizza. If you haven't tried it yet, you must try their different drizzle and crust flavors. They've taken pizza to the next level by taking boring out of your favorite pizza and adding excitement to toppings and/or styles of pizza you may or may not otherwise consider ordering. It makes your favorite pizza better and possibly your not so favorite pizza your new favorite. With so many combinations to choose from your bound to find YOUR ULTIMATE pizza. It's like baking a cake and finding the right ingredients til you have a cake you are satisfied with. This has been my experience at the Saticoy Pizza...

Pizza Hut advertised that they have 17 items at $7 a piece when you buy more than one you have to buy two or more so we bought two items and one of the items mentioned in their advertisement is a medium one-topping pizza but they charged me $9 for the pizza they also have cheese sticks on the ad for $7 they charge a little over7.36 and then charged $8 for chicken alfredo pasta which is also listed as one of the seven dollar items I called twice and all I get told is oh the pizza is not on the $7 menu neither is the pasta or the cheese sticks and that's crazy you can see right on the ad that they are listed as $7 they are con artists trying to get away with overcharging for stuff that is clearly on Pizza Hut s 17...
