El Incomparable Peruvian Cuisine — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I had never been there before, I asked the waiter some questions about the food items, his response was to read the menu. I was reading the menu. However there were words I don't understand. Then I asked if I could have some oil and vinegar for a plain salad that was brought out....he said no just use the dressing on the table...I asked him if it was ranch? He said yes. He refused to bring me any oil and vinegar. Bad customer service. I'm not able to eat ranch. I didn't feel like explaining. I will never go back. There's better places like...

Have been here a few times, have gotten various dishes, lomo saltado, tallarines, papa a la huancaina and of course the ceviche. All great, prices are fair the food is delicious I am Mexican so not an expert at all on Peruvian food , and we tend to be harder critics on our own food, but thank god we have it here in the valley. I ordered the "Lomo Saltado" the flavor was not as authentic as other places and a little salty from too much soy sauce. The portion was quite small too, normally I can take a little bit home.
