UPDATE: I am updating this review because I realized that the clothes I wore that day were completely ruined with bleach. When she was washing my hair the water completely soaked my entire back. My favorite shirt was ruined on top of wasting $350+

I had my hair colored by Kyla and I hated it. My hair is pink that fades into black on my ends. My roots turned out a completely different color (yellow) from the rest of my hair. I initially just wanted my roots touched up but she was getting bleach all over the ends of my hair so I asked her to dye the ends as well because I was worried about my ends being a different color from all the bleach. Well she accidentally mixed the colors and my beautiful pink hair is now purple. My previous stylist worked so hard for the two colors to be blended without a harsh line and she completely ruined this. She told me my roots would look better after I washed it which made absolutely no sense because they were bleached bright yellow. When I washed my hair it only looked worse. I will say she did offer to fix it and I was planning to come back in but after I washed my hair a week later and saw how terrible it looks I did not feel comfortable letting her touch my hair again. $350 wasted. While I do appreciate her willingness to fix it, she did not offer to give me any of my money...

Nobody picked up the phone, straight went to their voicemail for a few times. The website doesn't probably have a payment processor attached, I can't click 'book now'. Why would they have a button if it doesn't work. Finally Someone picked up the phone, and I made an appointment. Her name was Mary. She kept saying, she can't do this, or that, just for a blow out. I don't think she should be in a service industry. She wanted additional $$ for some curls, which is fine if that is how they charge. But then I would have liked a discount for her not washing my hair. Very unprofessional. The owner Lori. Always has an excuse, out of town, after that, too busy and forgot to call back, then having a dinner, cannot talk. No need to give them another chance. That is why I am writing...

I see Lori at the salon, and every time I go, she does a great job with my color touchups, my highlights, and cutting my hair. I choose to wear my hair short, with some bangs/ and feathering on the side. I have never been disappointed with my root touchup that covers my stubborn gray hair. Lori never leaves me with color stain around my hairline when I kept my roots touched up. I am very satisfied with her services, and everyone in the salon is friendly.
