My boyfriend bought a Nintendo switch from this location and when we went back to return it to buy a different one the young girl at the return/exchange department didn’t know ANYTHING about their policy. She opened our box in front of us, took out the device then asked a random co worker of hers walking by if “she knows if the serial numbers on the device are supposed to match in order to return the device” the co working not knowing replied and said yes. So she turns to us and tells us she cannot accept our return. We never did anything with the device. They then questioned us on why we waited 3 days to try and return when it shouldn’t matter because their receipt policy CLEARLY READS 30 days to return or exchange. After going back and forth with her behind that we finally get a manger who looks like he doesn’t know the first thing about target policies. After he was no help we asked for his HIGHER UP. When his higher up comes he too, knows nothing about the policies and suggests to my boyfriend to call Nintendo himself. Although it should’ve been him to do so for not knowing anything about the device. Shouldn’t he educate himself versus having my boyfriend do so? Anyways my boyfriend got in contact with Nintendo as well as Target corp. and they told us we were allowed to return as long as the serial numbers on the RECEIPT and the DEVICE MATCH. Which they do….EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES. THIS WAS COMPLETELY...
Read moreAfter calling the store to ensure I don't waist my time on a return. I was told to come to the store for the return. However when I got to the store they changed their mind. They immediately asked do I know who I spoke with which I did not. Then they said you can only get store credit which I did not want and was not what I was told on the phone. I made the mistake of asking for a manager because I got Kevin who had the title of manager but was extremely rude guy. He spoke to me as if I was child and with exaggerated lisp like it all was a joke to him. It felt like his goal was to make the return process as difficult and annoying as possible. He also sarcastically mention I should have read the return policy on the back of the receipt before I bought 🤔. After being denied I find the receipt. It had the information that Kevin couldn't "find" in their system and got my refund processed by another employee. Kevin seems believe his job is to inconvenience Target customers. Henceforth I have to share my experience and give this Target a one star....
Read moreThis is has been declining for quite a while. The women's room was so dirty I doubt it had been cleaned all day. The sign off sheet on door was empty. I was going to take a picture but a woman walked in and that could have been view inappropriate. She took one look at the place and left. The entry area is always full of trash on the floor and the escalator area at the bottom is covered in gum. And, there are always homeless people sitting at the base of the escalator begging for money. A few weeks ago another woman and myself were verbally accosted by a very threatening woman. There is no security anywhere. If the general store is this dirty I can't imagine how dirty the food prep area is. I will never eat there. The soft drink area is always a mess as well. I hate having such a disgusting shopping experience in my own neighborhood. Oddly, there is a WalMart a few miles away and is always clean and the restrooms are always clean. I think I will drive the few...
