I’ve been here plenty of time and I’ve never had a problem ever, but this morning I had a very bad experience I left the store so upset and embarrassed. I came in looking for a pair of black shoes for work and I kept looking in the size 5 and 6 section back and forth because I couldn’t decide which pair I wanted. The whole 20 minutes I was there the young man with curly hair and a woman with brown and highlights in her hair kept staring at me and just watching! Every time I ended up in either of the sections she would appear and at first I thought I was thinking crazy but then I started noticing the other guy staring and they kept talking to each other on the walkie! It was loud to where I can hear a little bit of what they were saying! I felt like I was doing something bad even though I wasn’t! It was such an unpleasant experience! So I put the shoes back because I couldn’t stand her following me around in each sections and mind you I was dressed cause I did not look like I was about to steal they could even check there cameras! I asked to speak to a manager and nothing I waited about 5 minutes! Left my name and number never got a call back! And the whole time I was waiting there was another employee giving me dirty looks! I left crying and upset all I wanted was a pair of shoes for work so I’m never going back...

I don't like being treated like a CRIMINAL!!!! LOSS PREVENTION followed me all around when I was only there helping a feeble elderly woman a church mother shop for clothes. She's 78 and has Debilitating arthritis that keeps her from being able to shop as she'd like. So I run around retrieving what she ask for. When she was trying her items on in the dressing room I went and looked for shoes for my 3 youngest granddaughters 😘😘😘❣ Well found the sizes I need for 2 of them but I won't buy them until they get size 11' s for my little granddaughter Mia. Every which way I turned they were on me , following me I felt so uncomfortable but I just played it off like I didn't notice. I had a head wrap on and long covered up clothing maybe they thought I was Muslim?? Not that they should follow me around if I was a Muslim. But man I look like I am a nice law bidding citizen so what's the hub? Bub ? They should give me a GIFT CARD REALLY BECAUSE I WAS LITERALLY HARASSED FOR NO REASON!!! THE young guy that followed me last got soooooo molded when I bought my item and paid for her's so , so sorry I couldn't oblige you on a arrest and I must of DISAPPOINTED YOU TOY COPS but next time follow a Real Thief because I don't get down...

If you find something that you like and are going to end up getting.... don’t even think about taking it off the hanger! I went shopping and came across a shirt that I really liked. I was and did end up buying it but going back to my comment....I find the shirt and decide to put it over the one I have now (again I ended up buying the shirt), within seconds a young lady who is working security approaches me and gets within inches of and only to inform me about there no trying on clothes policy. I apologized and stated that I was not aware. And even with an apology she made it a point to have the last word and repeat herself at an even higher tone with a more unpleasant attitude. I do not have an issue with her informing me about the policy because I simply did not know and I apologized for my part. My issue comes from her giving me attitude and found it necessary to literally follow me from a distance for the remainder of my shopping like a child. I’ve been coming to this Ross for over 10yrs and this was definitely an uncomfortable experience that has me not wanting to return.
