This particular store recently underwent a renovation. It looks nice but it's now hard to find what you need. The beauty and makeup area seems to have doubled in size. However, I think some health related items that this Target use to carry have been either discontinued or the options have been cut back to make room for more profitable goods like makeup.

Today I discovered that this Target no longer has a Diabetes section. I walked the aisles along the pharmacy at least three times by myself before I sought help from an associate. Actually, I asked FOUR different Target associates, one of them worked in the pharmacy, where I could find the Diabetes section or glucose tablets and no one could find either. The fourth associate, a young woman, stuck with me and was surprised that the diabetes section was gone. It wasn’t until we headed down the aisle displaying fitness supplements and weight management products that I spotted what I needed. There all by its lonesome... a single four inch row between the HydroxyCut Gummies and the C4 Cellulor Sport pre workout mix was the "up&up Raspberry flavored Glucose tablets" I needed to get for my boyfriend. Blender bottles and Superfood tabs were above it, 5 hour energy drinks and Atkins protein bars below it. I'm not diabetic but I found this product placement somewhat insulting. Good thing I needed the raspberry because that’s all they had. No orange or tropical punch flavored tabs. No sign of any other diabetes related items that this Target use to carry either like lancets and blood sugar readers.

Suggestion: Display diabetes related products together again and add a sign above the section that reads Diabetes Management. According to the Centers for Disease Control more than 30 Million Americans have Diabetes and unfortunately, 1.5 Million American consumers will be diagnosed this year. Glucose tabs will likely be on their "Target...

I went to pick up my order which I placed on line and I was sent a text message stating my order was ready. As I arrived to the front of the line 5 minutes later , I received another message stating that only one of my items are ready and that I need to change to shipping or another store, so I chose shipping and went to walk around in the store. As I was walking around I saw the 3 pieces of the item that I was told was not in the store in the size that I needed. I was baffled why I would be told it was not available, the only thing I can think of is no one bothered to look for it. This is the sweater item that I ordered two of. I brought it back to the pick up window and I showed it to them, all they could do for me is tell me I am sorry we missed it, we are very busy yet it was very empty in the store and employees were just standing around to help. I am disappointed that I made this trip to pick up my items which were ready and are available and someone was lazy and did not even bother to look. I left with only one item and other is still being shipped even though it was in my hand i could not take it without being charged again and it was a big hassle. This online order was an hour and a half of a big mess that could of been easily been avoided if someone actually looked for the item as it was in order in the children's section and very clean and organized. There was five pieces total three of the...

I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at the Target store in Sherwood Forest. The incident involved the store manager, Hector, whose behavior was both unprofessional and deeply disrespectful.

I attempted to purchase a set of trinket dishes that were clearly labeled as clearance items. However, at checkout, I was charged full price. When I brought this to the attention of staff and politely asked for the clearance price to be honored, Hector refused. He falsely claimed the items could not be found, despite the fact that I had them in my possession. Rather than resolving the situation, Hector took the items away from me and did not allow me to purchase them at all.

Shockingly, I later discovered that I had still been charged for the items despite not receiving them. I had to return to the store to request a refund for products that were physically taken from me. This clearly indicates the items were in the system and available for sale, contradicting what I was told. This entire experience felt like an unnecessary power play rather than a genuine pricing issue.

Hector’s conduct was rude, condescending, and humiliating. He handled the situation with complete disregard for customer service and professionalism.

Customers deserve to be treated with fairness and respect, and I sincerely hope this matter is addressed so that no one else is subjected to this kind of treatment...
