DO NOT USE ULTIMATE DX. Their claims of privacy are completely false - I was contacted by three third parties about my test after receiving my test results. The whole charade of secure information is ridiculous - read the fine print on their release - it states: "I hereby authorize the release of my protected health information to Ultimate DX representatives and I authorize and release Ultimate DX, their agents, officers, employees and representatives from any and all liability that may arise as a result of disclosure of any protected health information to other third parties for reimbursement." These guys were great. I took my Covid test at Vitalize on Fairfax, with Dr. Ryan. I was in a huge hurry to get my results so I dropped off my sample at the lab myself. Results usually come before midnight, but I explained to the lady accepting my sample that since it was Halloween and I didn't want to be around my young daughter until I knew my test results could I get it earlier.
