Purchased a boost reload card for 50 dollars. Scratched the back and proceeded to enter the pin as I typically would. Get an error message stating the card had already been used. Returned to Walgreens where card was purchased and was advised to reach out to boost. This went on for 2 days. Today I ask for a boost manager. She gets on line barely speaking English attempting to be smart. Tells me to give her a min to investigate issue. 42 mins later call is disconnected š” Of course Iām calling back to get her name and taking this issue to the TOP. 1. How is a card that you have to scratch to reveal pin already used??? 2. I have receipt and card why canāt company just issue credit??? Oh because the company itself must...

The manager/owner even called to apologize. Integrity goes a long way.with me. I still have my issues with Boost Corporate for the reps and managers that hung up on me but as far as this store goes... Above expectations and I would gladly do business...
