Hello. The lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. She gave me time to look through all the options. I got 3 bundles of the 14" Brazilian loose wave. This was not enough to achieve the style and natural look i wanted. I paid $180 for 3 and an additional bundle at this location would have been $75 more. I had to purchase a 4th bundle at another store when i went florida the next day to fill in the top of my hair. She was out of the length and curl pattern I wanted. I guess a lot of people don't get 12-14". The curls fell out and the hair felt like barbie hair when I tried to condition it. This was way too silky for my taste. The hair did not matte or tangle but I am not reusing it. I don't live here locally so I don't know what other options are available.
