Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisville

Last few times I have order delivery of the new Detroit Style Pizza was impressed, but this time I decided to pick up 2 of them since I was in the area. The order was ready when I went thru the drive thru, I noticed something was off, they came in a square box not the deep rectangular ones I received when they were delivered. Upon inspection when I got home to dig into the awesomeness of the Detroit Style Pizza I enjoyed in the past, I was disappointed the box had crushed down the pizza and the sauce was on the side cold, watered downed pizza sauce and not the Thick marinara, cheese wasn't baked crispy goodness all over the edges, I essentially got cheesy breadsticks with toppings and a stingy cold blan amount of sauce on the side.

Ive had problems in them in the past an example of ordering a large portions of wings 24 and only got 2 side sauces and was told it would be extra. Ordering "Cajun Fries" the portions have gotten smaller and little to no cajun seasoning. Management here needs a serious review and the incompetence of employees is not acceptable on a multipital of times I have order/purchase and they dare to ask for a TIP on curbside pickup, they don't even give you pepper flakes or parmesan cheese packets without paying extra. I had two orders to pick up and after waiting in a long line (at least 10 minutes) my friends and I finally got to the window. When we asked for our orders (both of which were marked as ready on the app) the young man at the window said that only one was ready (strange since we ordered the other one about 15 minutes before and it was the same thing, but we said okay). He said to pull around to the parking lot to wait. There is no other way to get to the parking lot after you’ve been through the line than you get back on 7th street and turn immediately back into the Pizza Hut at the other entrance, which I found to be an extremely dangerous ask since it is located right next to a stoplight. I finally was able to find an opening and swung around into the street and then back into the parking lot. We waited for around 15 minutes but no one came out to give us our order. My friend went in to ask and they had COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN. They asked for her name and number again and brought out her wings but not her pizza. After reminding them they went back to check and brought it out. All this would have gotten 3 stars if they hadn’t also dried out our pizza in the oven and skimped on the wing sauce. I would give them no stars if that was an option. This is one of the worst, if not THE worst store in louisville. They moved the building across the street and should have fired everyone and started with people who have real customer service experience. These people are so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny. My most recent incident was Thursday 8/31/17 - we ordered our pizza @ 9:00pm, was to be delivered @ 9:40pm. My husband went out to get the pizza from the driver and it was the wrong order. I called the store to inform the manager, he wasn’t apologetic he just kept saying “do you still want the pizza?” After I stated 3 separate times that I did. (It was a late dinner) it wasn’t until I snapped at him and let him know, “this was a mistake on your all’s part, not mine. You should fix your attitude” did he offer us $5 off. I hung up. Ordered Jimmy Johns and Pizza Hut came @ 11pm. My husband told the driver we no longer wanted it and they gave it to us for free. The least that they could do! I’ve had so many bad experiences with this store it, it didn’t even make up for it. THEY NEED TO FIRE EVERYONE FROM THE STORE MANAGER, DOWN. Because he or she obvi doesn’t know how to pick proper employees. SMH. I will never order...
