after stopping at several other places and getting frustrated with the lack of any customer service compounded with the confusion of my looking online and being overwhelmed, my visit to this location was random and unplanned, and to say that my experience could not have gone any better is an absolute understatement. AJ was knowledgeable and efficient, in a genuine person to person interaction not as some “let me upsell you on everything in my store”corporate clone. after asking me what i needed and listening to my response, his suggestions were based on his understanding of my need and matching the correct service to that need, which for this customer/client were met and exceeded. without sharing the exact particulars of my transaction, i walked out of the store this afternoon having spent a fraction of what i was expecting and could not be more pleased with the plan to which i subscribed and the service i received. if i could leave more than 5 stars i would, my next visit to this location wont be random, i will intentionally return for equipment and service upgrades as those items occur...

I went to the Boost mobile store to restart service after being told online that I would have to go to the store. I understood it was in part because I wanted to bring the phone that I had already got from the Boost mobile website. OK no problem. The website said that the store was open until 7pm. When I got there around 6pm it was closed. I need my phone..Thankfully after calling customer service they were able to walk me through all the steps and get my service restored. I did already have a phone and sim card. Great job...

Went inside but was not greeted. Which ok, the two guys were working with another customer. But I waited 30+ minutes before finally being acknowledged(mind you it was just myself and two other people). The employee did apologize about the wait but didn't have the phone I wanted. Again ok. Not upset at all but just for future customers let them know you see them and will be with them...
