Wings are bursting with too much flavor I eat Texas toast to balance it out. I ordered lemone pepper and garlic Parmesan wings didn't realize they would be spicy and the sauce is reddish orange. I should've ordered HoneyQ wings and called it a day. Nothing like the garlic Parmesan I ordered last time. I do like their house chips and funnel cake fries. I would recommend to a wing lover.

Wing zone is usually my go to for last minute or late ordering however; today was a 0/10. The wings were HUGE like turkey wings and undercooked. Wedges were overcooked so I’m left $20 short and STILL hungry 🤦🏽‍♀️ I attempted to give feedback directly to their website but was unsuccessful.

Monday thru Thursday SUCKS. Expect to find one employee busting ass, working both sides of the counter. The owners seem to train one employee at a time and then expect them to do counter service, cooking, and whatever other cleaning and managerial duties are required. Until ownership shares the wealth and stops working their employees beyond what is reasonable, I will take my business to the other 30 chicken spots on Dixie Highway. The food is always spot on, its chicken wings so of course it isn't rocket science... but seeing one man working to cover 3 jobs has turned me off of the entire brand. This isn't how you are supposed to operate a franchise in a competitive market - you should strive to be the best. Thats why y'all lose to Wing Stop, Roosters, Zaxby's and every other chicken business around you. They have employees...

My family and I had ordered a couple.of weeks ago from this location. Unfortunately that particular night our order was totally messed up. They girl working said all she could do was give a $30 credit for the next time we came in. The next time we came I brought up the credit. Unfortunately they couldn't find it in the system. However, manager Paul took care of us. He gave us the credit anyways. He was so understanding, polite, and handled the situation with the upmost respect and great service. This man deserves a raise. First time ordering here. I got 20 boneless wings & wedges to take up to the hospital to have lunch with my Mom. Got to her room & saw I was missing the wedges. I called the store and he said I must've accidentally taken them off my order & added the celery and ranch as my side instead (idk why anyone would do that, but ok lol).
