Kroger Marketplace — Local services in Louisville

The store manager needs to know there is a severe problem with your produce dept! Every week we buy baby greens in the clear plastic containers ,and each time you pour it out frim the middle to the bottom inside is green slime. We have reptiles which require these types of greens baby spring mix ,we like 50/50 mix for our friends and family.For the past 7 months every container we have to throw away more than half.We started going to another Kroger that produce section same problem. We can buy 4 to 8 containers and each one has either bacteria or is contaminated.From the top of the container it looks mildly ok but once again more than half rotted. Tonight we decided to try it one more time and once again no one could eat any of it. There are at least 4 other Kroger stores carrying this very same greens and unless you open container you won't be able to see what we are talking about. Another Kroger store on Terry was the worst of all. I have already contacted the health dept and several other agencies.We just bought a container tonight the date use by was the 11th and its only the 5th. Please open up containers look thoroughly and if you dont pull this item people will get very sick or worse. I intend to let all of this to the right agencies. Alright, now I understand why there's one star reviews on this place. No. First of all, if there weren't so many bad things here, then I. I would not have given this a one star review. Back when I used to go to this Kroger every day, they weren't trying to be racist. Like when did I mention your race? Or when did I try and say anything mean to you? Now I do ADORE people who work for companies also I understand they're trying to help the companies. It's just not feeling. Well, I have a feeling that they're just trying to rage bait us or something. And then I got accused for taking something I wasn't supposed to. And then I got charged for receipt. When did y'all start doing this? Just now when did security just start taking my receipt and all of that? And after I had to wait in line for 52 minutes, I went to the deli and got some stuff and came back. They were still racist. So I went to Starbucks and the Kroger thinking probably won't be as bad because of course it's a different company, they surely will be like them, right? And no, I was wrong. They were still racist (Some were chill though) Guess they must have been learning from the Kroger community. Gotta stop Stopping at this Kroger so much and go back to shopping at the Walmart...

Security guard needs to be fired immediately. If I could give this Kroger a 0/5 stars I would. Went in to go to the little clinic, waited to go in there at 2:17 (they go on lunch from 1:30-2:15), had to wait 10 mins before someone came back from lunch. Even though there are signs everywhere stating that “walk-ins are welcome”, she said they were booked up for the rest of the afternoon. Walking out of the store, I stopped to get a thing of cotton candy and went through self checkout, there was an officer standing guard over self checkout and as I pay for my item and begin walking out, he demands that I open my purse. I open my purse and he said I could go, but as I walk away I say to him, “I don’t think that’s legal.” And he started yelling at me very rudely about how it IS legal when in fact, i looked it up, and it’s not. There was no reason to suspect me of any wrong doing whatsoever, no probable cause whatsoever to initiate a search. I had barely been in there 15 mins and most of that time was sitting waiting at the little clinic for them to get back from their break. I will never go back to this Kroger again. Poor service all around and harassment by police, what a nice outing to the grocery store....
