The absolute worst place to work!

The revolving door of hiring and firing has to be investigated.

(By the state!)

The amount of time and effort they spend on hiring and firing should go into the infrastructure of the building. But it doesn’t.

The building still looks like it came from 1955. All dingy, tattered and ran down.

Management is highly unprofessional. They scream and yell at you like it’s a prison! (HR is never involved.)

Management treats others in management as if it’s high school. (Very toxic work environment.)

Work place bullying and harassment is all this company knows.

Management will harass you or use other supervisors to harass you and start work place drama.

They use workplace retaliation as a way to fire you or get you to leave if you do tell HR about their behavior! (Poor management)

Upper management will suspend you in retaliation to put you in your place. (HR is never involved.)

Spervisors having cameras on their glasses to record others for upper management.

(PHI and HIPPA violation.)

DSPs can curse and scream at supervisors on camera and management does nothing. (HR is never involved.)

None of the rude nursing staff speaks English. They only speak Spanish. The miscommunication makes it hard amongst staff.

Management is never treated respectfully. They have a “fall in line and know your place” policy!

I told myself only a review will make someone higher up look into this.

Or perhaps the president or owner of this company just doesn’t care.

There’s cameras in this building. So this can easily be investigated!

The two warden’s of the building 1 male & 1 female have been running the company like this for a very long time. Like a prison.
