Let me start by saying i am not the type to write long reviews as i do understand people make mistakes and such reviews could be detrimental to the organization and staff, but Maria or Melissa whatever her name is at checkout is very awful. I don't live in this area neither do i frequent the area. At check-out , paid in cash and asked this lady if i had all my items, she said yes, I asked again...Ma'am do i have any more bags, she ,looked at me awkward face and said thats all you have. There's nothing else here.
I got home and there it is, Missing a bag of Air freshener and paste. This lady is very rude and should not be working in customer service to say the least. What kind of process does this organization engage in when hiring people?
Its' just sad for the company and owner that such people are allowed to treat customers with disrespect and get away with it.
I spoke to the manager Ciara and she confirmed Maria/Melissa had my bag. All she had to say was sorry. Again i don't know what the hiring process entails for this organizations.
Its' just sad that in this state of Market competitiveness, that organizations like this pay little detail to customer service and individual personality during hiring.
I will never step foot in this Save lot ever and neither will anybody i know.

Read moreI love this sav-a-lot. This is the only place I will buy my meat. Some things that they have are a touch high but that's anywhere you go. I just shop for some things here and go to one other place for the things I can't get here or because they are too expensive. I shop here at least once a week but some times more. Some of the employees aren't so friendly like they ring up your groceries and they won't say what your total is or even say thank you when you are done. They just stand and stare at me until I pay them. I think those people need to be retrained. I am polite and say thank you when they are done but they say nothing. Just on to the next person and make you feel like they are dismissing you so I try to avoid the ones I know are like that because I will say something that I am not proud of one day so I find it's better to avoid them altogether even if I have to stand in a line for a...
