Kroger — Local services in Louisville

I went into this Kroger yesterday to get a cake for my daughters birthday party. I had the lady in the bakery write "Happy 6th Birthday Princess La'trice." She had a piece of paper right infront of her the whole time with those EXACT words. She finishes and hands the cake to me. I grab it and look at it. I put the cake back on the counter and ask where is the "princess?" She giggles and says, "Oh I forgot that," and giggles again. By this point I'm really angry, especially since she giggled like it was no big deal. She takes the cake back, finishes and hands it back it again. Now I expected it to look good and be right since she just fixed the only problem, right? As i start to walk away I look down, and immediately stopped. The "Princess" she wrote on there only had the letters pri and the rest of it was nothing but scribbles that looked like a 3 yr drew on it. The supposed to be princess part started overlapping my daughters name. So not only has she f** up the princess, she has now managed to f up her name. Now I was beyond furious. Asks to speak to the store manager, and I tell him what happened. He tells me that they can freeze the icing, peel it off and redo it all over. He said it would be fixed before or by 3pm today. I was ok with that since her party wasnt until today anyways. While I was setting up all the decorations and cleaning, my mom went to pick the cake up for me. When she gets to the party I looked at the cake and it was EXACTLY the same way it was yesterday. Never again will I go to this Kroger. And I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go to...

The Rx has got the worst customer My prescriptions was supposed to be ready and available for pick 4/15/25 after five o'clock 2 days later they still unavailable I never received a text are an email to let me know about my prescription status When I called to inquire about my prescriptions I spoke with Rose one of the pharmacist she was very rude I ask to speak with a manager she put on another pharmacist who spelled his name as OKey he was even rider than she was When I ask what was his role their he said he was a patient they rest of the people in the background was laughing at this man's bad behavior. My mom has dementia and lives in the South End. I was using Kroger on Terry Rd I live across town in Middletown Mom’s prescriptions (a lot of them) come up for renewal at different times so I asked for 90 day supplies. Dr and insurance approved and Kroger made note on the acct. every time I’d drive the 45 min to Kroger on terry rd they would only have 30 day filled and when I’d say it is suppose to be 90 day they’d say I have to come back or wait an hour or so I have transferred the prescripts to Kroger Middletown and hope to have better service
