Don’t eat this Place If ur Black the staff is definitely racist they gave me the wrong pizza. then told me over the phone that’s there’s Nothing they can do about it and she had to call the manager to see if they can remake my pizza they messed up. So I go back and the lady tells me she called her manager there’s nothing she can do but take my number. Then she proceeds to say I’m not trying argue with you. I said don’t Pull that card I’m not arguing with you I’m talking to you.she just walked off to the back then started speaking with a black lady . I seen her talking to the black lady then the black lady just started looking out the kitchen doors at me. I asked the black lady to come to the counter she asked what’s the Problem.I showed and told Her they gave me the wrong pizza. she said don’t worry I’ll fix it with no problem. she was nicer with greater customer service.now why couldn’t the white ladies have done that. And why did you have To have a black woman come fix the problem. because I’m black to I guess😞😞😞😞 check their reviews I’m not the only one all...

To be honest I'm extremely surprised this place has as many good reviews as is does. Let's start with the basics I've ordered from here twice so far both experiences were extremely mediocre to say the least the girl I spoke to on the first occasion when I was asking for general advice an information seemed like she was too busy to waste her time helping me I ordered a small pizza meat lovers style the pizza was decent but extremely overpriced and under quality especially for the area they're marketing too. The second transaction was even worse I ordered a personal pan pizza BBQ Chicken the pizza was actually just two slices for $8+ and wasn't very edible at all was absolutely slathered in BBQ sauce with barely any chicken. I ended up asking the manager to comp me for the two slices on the phone she wasn't very concerned about my complaint asked me if I ate the pizza told her two bites asked for my card then said it was put back on and immediately hung up on me, thanks for that definitely won't be getting any more...

Watched a customer get treated very rudely. She had to approach the counter to get a waitress to tend their table. After the food was already brought to the table, the customer had to retrieve a high chair and clean the high chair for the child with them. When the customer mentioned this to the waitress, she rudely responded “well I would’ve done it if you told me”. The customer expressed she shouldn’t have had to tell her, but that the waitress should’ve just done it considering they had a child. The waitress then said “you’re being rude” and walked away. A second waitress came out and expressed that “the younger generation can be like that”, which was unacceptable. It was just a very poor depiction of a staff to customer.

On top of that, they never get coin change back, no matter how much it is. They only ever have bills, so if they owe you 83 cents, you just don’t get it....
