Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisville

UPDATE* 8/9/23 still haven’t gone back and probably won’t because of the things that I have heard from others about the food quality and the attitude of the management staff. My money 💵 may not sound like much but eventually more people will stop spending money at your location and then you will be FORCED INTO DEALING WITH YOUR DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES!!! That one bad employee has ruined everything at your location. This place was once a great place to go to get a quick meal. The quality of the food and consistency is in the toilet 🚽. I asked for no lettuce on the food and they put extra lettuce and on the chicken quesadilla had very little chicken on it. The taco supreme had no sour cream and the burrito supreme had very little sour cream. When my mother called the manager she was speaking to one then another one cut in on the conversation and said to bring it up there. It was late in the evening and I wasn’t going right back up there so she said to put it in the refrigerator and bring it to them the next day. They acted like we trying to get something for nothing so I would suggest that you go somewhere else due to the management using so many excuses. One minute it was they were training a bunch of new employees then it was something else. Next time I will go to the food truck on Dixie Highway that’s in Dixie Liquor’s parking lot. It costs just a little bit more but it’s so much better and you are supporting a Mom and Pop business. Taco Bell needs to realize that the customer comes first. Edit: my husband went to this location yet again, the food was cold to the touch. We live less than 5 minutes away. The manager was disgusting when I called to tell her. She said not to get rude with her when all I said was the food was cold. She told me if I didnt come up there tonight she wasnt going to help me. The order was wrong. Couldnt understand a word the guy at the window said because he was distracted with his phone. 2 employees leaning up against the counter on their phones. If you dont want to work then dont. I have never been so mad about customer service and management in my life. I worked in food service, retail, management in a grocery store and I have NEVER dreamed of treating anyone like we have been treated by this location multiple times. I have contacted corporate and i hope it gets resolved, but i will never go back here. They dont care, but i do.

The rudest customer service. Every single time I go here, I have a problem. I order the same thing every time. Number 7 chicken quesadilla extra sauce, soft taco no lettuce, and chips and cheese. 6 out of 10 times I dont get my chips and cheese. I have to remind them. 8 out of 10 times when I remind them, the chips they give me have so much oil on them, I could grease half the fast food in America. Tastes old and absolutely disgusting. Good thing I always have my own tortilla chips at home to use. The quesadilla either has no sauce or all the sauce on one part. That's why I ask AND PAY for extra. I was excited to have a taco bell closer to our home but quickly realized we would still be frequenting the one on Dixie. Everyone at this particular taco bell are very nice......BUT.... EVERY time we go they are having some sort of issue. Today it was that you needed to have the exact amount of money (down to the penny) to purchase your food. I'm assuming they didn't have change. Another visit they told us they couldn't make our order because they didn't have all of the products. One time they even told us that they only had beef so If you didn't want beef, they couldn't help you. I've worked in the service industry for 10 years. I've worked foh, boh and have management experience. These issues are pathetic. We have given this location multiple opportunities to improve and "get it together" but they obviously continue to fail.

• update! Gave them another chance for some reason and was told they stop serving the "power menu" at 11. I work late nights and often visit places late at night after work.....I have never had an issue getting ANYTHING on the menu at any time at any other location.....so I'm not sure why this location "chooses" to stop serving certain items on the menu........when all the ingredients are the same ingredients to the rest of the...
