Burger King — Restaurant in Louisville

For this location to be new, you'd think the employees would have smiles on their faces ready to greet you and take your order. Nope not the case. I stand waiting and waiting, finally someone takes my order... Not a hello, a thank you, nothing SMH. Now as I'm waiting 20 mins on my order (just 2 burgers and 2 orders of fries), I observed a younger female employee standing next to the food prep area by the sink going to town eating her Taki chips. It's a food establishment, there should be NO eating where the customers food is being made. That's pretty gross. Tables needed to be wiped down and cleaned, trash was over flowing. Needless to say this is my first and last time I will ever go to this location. Definitely ... the employees need to be retrained on the do's and don'ts of working within...

We wanted burger King one day so we went to 3 different ones before we managed to find this one. The other stores we couldn't even order food without having to wait for atleast 20 min in line. When we went there; there was no line really and it went very quick. We got our food it was actually hot and good. So we wasn't sure it wasn't a fluke so we went back again and this time we changed up and ordered online and did specialty orders fully expecting them to screw it up. They didn't we were shocked. Worst service ever. I waited 20 minutes for my order to be completed and everyone that ordered after was out before me. I honestly think that burger as a company needs to bring some people from other stores in there to train these people. 2 people out of like 10 knew what they were doing they had one person handing orders out taking out trash and fixing screwed up orders while the rest of crew sat there looking clueless.
