Read moreYes I would like to leave a positive review for Freddy Garcia I was having car trouble last night on Bardstown Road into the O'Reilly's and the first gentleman I talked to do not know his name rent a diagnostics test was not very informative but Freddy when I went back into the store Freddy helped me he came out and checked the battery because the car was dead went above and beyond help me out and inform me information about my car you have one great employee there I give Freddy a Five Star Plus for for customer service he really made me feel comfortable with the things that he told me and I was able to get my automobile home safely after he charged my battery for me and gave me a bunch of great tips on what what needed to be done to the car maybe thank you very much for having him as a very well Pleasant respectful employee Yours Truly...
Read moreIt’s really close to me but several times I will drive more than twice the distance to go to autozone where I have had much more success getting the parts I need. I probably should change rating to a 4 though bc I have had good encounters over the years with sales staff. However, I’m tired of lazy employees locking up early ever since COVID, places are doing this and I guarantee the store manager is not aware. Today at 7:50pm the lights were on, parking light lights were on as well as inside lights and open sign was lit up it states closing time is 9 PM. There are two cars in the lot so I believe workers are in there, but they have the doors locked and no sign stating closed early for Easter, etc. from the time I typed this three different cars have pulled up trying to get inside, so this is more for the store manager to know...
