I have been using Pegasus for years now and on numerous occasions. From airport transportation to bourbon tours, I really cannot say enough good things about this company and the incredible service that they provide. Yes, Pegasus will always arrive on time or early to get you. Yes, Pegasus will get you where you need to go on time and safe. Yes, Pegasus communicates extremely well during the entire process (Text, call, emails, etc.). Yes, the Pegaus staff has great local and topic knowldege that will be most useful during your trip. But, more importantly they truly pay attention to the details, the customer service, and doing the little things - that make the overall experience what it is, excellent! You can tell the owner makes sure you have the best cars, equipment, maintenance, and well-trained staff, it really does show. The best asset Pegasus has, is their professional and caring staff. From the moment you call to get their services, to the incredible drivers, customer service and responsibility are their main concern. For 3 separate trips this time around, our driver Rich C. was an absolute rock star. His demeanor, professionalism and friendly attitude, and his knowledge were second to none. If I could give him more than five stars I definitely would. Pegasus is reliable, safe, and they are flexible in case you have to modify or change plans like we often do. What a great experience from start to finish using Pegasus. We had a group of 17 in our party and had an amazing time in Bourbon country. Julie was fantastic with her knowledge in what Distrillery tours could handle our size of group and getting the tickets purchased for us. She recommended Whiskey Theifs Distrillery for our final stop and she was spot on. Great place to chill, see the beautiful Kentucky countryside and of course, their whiskey straight out of the barrels. Bruce our driver took great care of our group. He got us to our destinations on time and informed us where to go and what time the tours started. We stopped at Staxx BBQ for lunch and next door was a Captin D's, which I made a comment of their greasy yummy hushpuppies. Bruce while we sat down for lunch for BBQ, bought hush puppies for the group. Bruce went out of his way on couple of times for other needs for our group. I highly recommend Pegasus services for the Bourbon Trail. It's a great way to see the countryside and a safe way to enjoy your distillery tastings and cocktails. Thank you for all of your help...

If you're planning to tour Louisville, KY, I highly recommend Pegasus Tour Company. We took our employees to Louisville for our company party and wanted to include a couple of distillery tours as a fun activity. Most of the tours I found were 8 hours long, but we only had 4 hours available. Other tour companies I contacted wouldn't even consider a 4-hour tour. When I called Pegasus, they were fantastic. I explained what we were looking for, and they created a customized package that fit our needs perfectly.

We even had some last-minute changes before our trip, and they were easy to work with, accommodating our change in headcount without any hassle. Our driver was excellent; as we drove through Louisville, he pointed out different landmarks and made several recommendations for us to check out during our visit. He even helped us by taking all our shopping bags, allowing us to enjoy the distillery tour without the hassle of carrying our purchases.

I will definitely use Pegasus again on...
