Ralph is a really nice guy. His customer service however is lacking. I took my car in to have a remote start installed (a necessity in a Michigan winter). It took him 4 and a half hours to do a job he originally quoted me a couple hours. I got there a little before my 9:00 appointment and he didn't even take my car to the back until 10:00. At noon I asked him how much longer it would take and he told me another half hour. I finally got my car back at 1:30. Now he may have actually done a couple hours of work, but that's because every time the phone rang, he would stop what he was doing and talk to whoever was on the phone. One of his buddies showed up and he stopped what he was doing to talk to him. Other customers came in to have their breathalyzers calibrated on their vehicle and he stopped what he was doing to help them out. He actually installed the wrong wiring originally because he had the year of the vehicle wrong, so he had to start over. It really makes me wonder how experienced he really is.
