I asked this store why I should buy their charger rather than spend less and purchase a charger at a regular retailer at Meijer/dollar general etc. I was concerned because I previously purchased an expensive charger and it was toast in less time than an off brand one.
They said because there is no hassle if their charger fails, you get a year warranty and if it stops working no hassle bring it in and they will replace it on the spot. I did this, and the charger has failed 4 times now, exactly what I was concerned about. The first 3 times they did replace it, this time they said oh "they just changed the rules you have to email this other company and send pictures and blah blah blame on corporate run around" so now after they talked me into their charger based on superior service, they are now passing the buck and I have no phone charger as I wait and hope for one to be shipped. The manager there could care less and basically told me no one else's chargers fail, just that I must be unlucky. The girl that showed me how to email attachments to the charger company was nice but didn't understand the type of trust that this situation breaks with the consumer. It's the principle of the fact that they won't stand behind the promise they made at the time...
Read moreGo literately anywhere else, these people are only out to screw you over, about a year ago we made a agreement over the phone to buy a iphone for $.01 and then since I was at work, the employee and I came to the agreement on the terms and he stated he would have to contract laid out for my wife to sign when she got there and after she signed everything we were charged over $460 for the $.01 and they conveniently "do not remember" this conversation and the who experience, and don't have any desire to fix it. So in order to be able to cancel the phone that we no longer even use, we have to pay off the entire cost of the phone and the service charge every month. So they go against there agreement since I wasn't present to sign and they could get a fast one over on my wife because I told her that the agreement was already made, and now I am screwed out a large sum of money and THEY COULD CARE LESS.. STAY AWAY...
Read moreI have called 3 times to get a promo fixed that they messed up and I am out $300 for because Verizon said this store submitted wrong paperwork for the promo. Just called and was hung up on. Worst experience ever would not recommend going to at all!
Update: Have called 3 more times each time talking with Kyle there saying that Shelby did my sale and Shelby and their GM will call me and figure it out. STILL have yet to get a call back. Contacted TCC support online and they too have said the local manager will call me and nothing. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and would give 0 stars if I could. Never ever go...
