**UPDATE AS OF 7.7
Just walked in to get some items. I'm in here at least twice a week. Gentleman walking around with his dog in the cart. I ask to speak to a manager. Pamela, assistant manager, walked over. I can say that I've never been talked to so poorly by a member of management. I told her about this post and what the owner said about having no pets. She told me that pets are allowed. I stated again that I was told differently and she said "I will tell you again, I don't know how else to say it, pets ARE allowed in this store". Her tone was very nasty and rude. I asked the girl at the checkout about the policy and she stated the store manager told everyone that all pets are allowed. So what's the policy here because I'm very confused! Regardless of the policy, Pamela was very unprofessional, unpleasant and difficult. Who do I reach out to?
This was my favorite location by far, until today. While the staff is always so pleasant and the store is clean, they have decided to allow pets inside the store. It's bad enough that people feel the need to take them into the grocery store. This isn't a support animal as it was carried in the owners arm throughout. This is clearly a pet that the owner didn't want to leave home. Keep in mind those who have allergies or simply those who just want a shopping experience without seeing...
Read moreVery clean and well organized store. Prices are reasonable for the clothing. Dress rack was crammed full and difficult to look through. Employees are not very personable and do not seem to like to talk to people.
Household items however, are very overpriced. Plain glass salt shakers that you can get at the Dollar Tree were priced at $3.99. They also have a lot of new items that look like the junk from flea markets that no one buys, it also looks like Dollar Tree goods.
I gave three stars because they never have 50% off sales, you have to sign up for coupons that you earn after spending X amount of dollars. Clothing items had colored tags, which makes you think they'd have color tag sales. They should have weekly sales on the color tags, it would help move inventory and...
Read moreI only shop here when I can’t find what I need at FROM Treasures Thrift Store, which is rare. Since I rarely shop here I had no idea what their prices were since clothing items no longer have a price on the tag-just a color. I didn’t see any charts anywhere depicting what color was what price. So confusing. The prices have gotten to be a little excessive for certain things considering they’re used items, especially housewares. I saw a skillet, that was clearly used with knife marks on the Teflon, but was being sold for $19.99 when the same skillet sells for only a couple of dollars more brand new at Meijer. You can still find deals but you need to search a...
