I went to the Lowell location this morning for a cup of caffeine. When I arrived inside, there was half the menu missing. No section that offers the basic latte, capp, americano, etc with price and calorie. I politely asked the cashier where this menu was located.
The reply, and the new Biggby policy, left me to NEVER return to ANY Biggby location.
I was told that menu is available strictly online. No printed option in store!! They do not know what is on that menu to assist me and since the cashier didn't know what I wanted to drink I would have to login to their wifi. In other words: GET OUT OF LINE, look up the menu, and come back later. Bulls*!+. I have always enjoyed supporting a MI based company but this is the last straw. I will never again visit another...

My wife came in to use a birthday reward and while baristas at some other big coffee chains might have wished her a happy birthday or at least smiled, this one just stared and barely answered a question she had asked about one of the menu items. Not knocking the company as a whole but it seems like some of the staff here need to do a better job of treating the customer...
