Bill came to our home, explained, offered several options to us. We made pot roast that night, and got Bill a plate, and we discussedoptions. Bill suggested an HP business desktop and gave us pricing. Most important, bill explained how he would move files, how the desktop, shortcuts, would be retained, and exactly what he would do. Bill offered an honest no pressure appraisal, which led me to trying to repair it. When I was called to pick up my computer I then found out the many problems that were wrong with it.
