I had a wonderful experience today ,went to get a septa key card ,didn't knew was available here at Philmont station office until this a very wonderful person with a pleasing nature and full of positivity came to us and ask our need ..and she guided us wonderfully and made sure we get it all right at the first place ..I did ask her name but I forgot ...my bad.
