TERRIBLE! I’ve never had such an awful experience anywhere as my family did here at this establishment. Not only was the food cold, and basically inedible, the service was awful and the staff extremely unprofessional except for the one manager who was kind, understanding and professional when she spoke to us. We waited for about an hour for main meals that came out cold and inedible. Waffle was burnt and hard and the chicken was cold and looked like it was from a bag of chicken strips you get from the grocery store. Eggs and bacon were cold. The burger looked and tasted fine but was over cooked. At least edible. The appetizers were tasty but came out cold. Our waitress forgot our water and drink refill order. I had to go up to the bar to ask for the drink. I get it can get busy and places can be short staffed so just apologize and tell us upfront. Although, the waitress did say she could get us drinks on the house we were already frustrated and declined. We were told the POS system went down and that our food was just being prepared after we had already been there for over an hour. At least tell us that when it happened not an hour after we’ve already been waiting. But if the food was just being prepared how did it come out cold and burnt?! Manager was called but took her time coming over. When we said we had been waiting for over an hour for our food she didn’t believe us and had at an attitude when she first came over to the table with her arms crossed. She walked away to go see what took so long. No one addressed the cold food or the burnt inedible waffle. I asked for the bill and was shown the bill on a phone since the system was down and then was told I HAD to pay in cash! When I said I wasn’t planning paying cash I was told their was an ATM. Then the bus boy comes over to belittle my mom and I and say “how do you come to restaurant with no money to pay for your food and service?!” How and why does a bus boy or whoever this young man is feel that it’s his place to speak to a patron in that manner? We had every intention of paying with credit! I was just shocked and APPALLED at this point. Clearly the staff was not well trained. Then another manager came over and asked what happened we told her what happened. She said the food was on the house and she apologized stating this isn’t how they do business. I had said several times I was happy to pay for our drinks and the appetizers but she kindly said that everything was on the house. Still left $50 in cash since we didn’t have a bill. As we were walking out a gentleman from one of the tables walked over to us and asked us what happened and I asked who he was. He said he was part owner. Why not come to us before all this went down? And why in the middle of the restaurant as we are leaving? Anyway, needless to say we left their shocked at the entire situation knowing we would never return. If the establishment prefers people pay in cash maybe post a sign on the door or in your menu or on your website. Let your patrons know in advance. Seems to be a pattern from what other...

The dance floor is another highlight! With regular live music and a DJ spinning great tunes, it’s impossible not to get up and join in on the fun. The atmosphere encourages everyone to let loose and have a great time. It's a rare find where adults alike can enjoy the rhythm, dancing side by side.
One of the standout features of Time Out On Pine is the owners. Their passion for creating a memorable experience shines through in every aspect of the establishment. They are hands-on, approachable, and genuinely care about their guests' enjoyment. Their friendly demeanor sets a positive tone for the entire place. But don’t get it twisted. If you come to be an idiot or mess up the vibe. Your ass WILL be gone faster than you blink. They don’t tolerate anyone that is there to start shit or wants to act stupid. Come with a clear head to have fun. I love this place and the owners so if I’m there and see anyone acting stupid. Best believe I’ll take you out myself.
In summary, Time Out On Pine is an amazing spot that seamlessly combines great food, dancing, and a family-friendly environment. Read moreTERRIBLE!!! BUYER BEWARE AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE, WILL NOT COME BACK EVER! Came with my family for mother's day and decided to give this place a try, boy what a huge mistake. Ordered drinks only for my mother in law not to receive hers, my wife had to go up to the bar to remind them that they forgot one of the drinks. The appetizers were cold and subpar. After the apps came out we ordered the main course, we finished the apps and our drinks and we are an hour and forty five minutes into our meal, our waitress lets us know that the system was down and that she just put in our orders. We got upset, however, we understood and nothing can be done about the situation. The only thing we asked for was for our food to be hot, because the apps we got were luke warm at best. We got our food about 25 min after that, the food was cold and tasted awful. My father in law ordered eggs and bacon, his eggs were cold and so was the bacon. My wife and mother in law both ordered waffles and chicken. Their meal came out cold as well, the waffle was cold and hard as a rock, burnt on the bottom, the chicken looked like cheap chicken strips from your local store. The burger I ordered was not cooked properly. We asked for the manager, the manager approached us with her hands folded at her chest, she was rude and condescending. This set off my father in law and i had to walk him out, he said he was never ever treated this way in America. I agreed and we left. My wife was told she HAD to pay cash and credit not an option since POS system was down. Then another unknown employee stopped at the table and was belittling my wife saying pay cash. After my wife refused he said to my wife and mother in-law that how dare we come to their restaurant with no cash and to pay up immediately. We were more than happy to pay for the meal, however, we were not going to pay for the inedible items. There was more to the story but i am unable to fit it here. MORAL OF THE STORY, READ REVIEWS AND ASK FRIENDS, DONT RISK YOUR GOOD TIMES ON SUBPAR PLACES AS "TIME OUT ON PINE"!...
