Highly uneducated staff, the woman working working the window was absolutely no help at all.

I called in asking if they carried an attachment to my pen, I informed the Employee that I was traveling back to my state, and had broken my current coil. Employee tells me that they do have attachments, and to come in and check them out. I drove an extra 35 min out of my way for the worker at the window to say "we don't carry anything for pens" After mentioning to the worker that I had called in earlier, and even mentioned the brand the worker over the phone had told me they carried. The woman at the window then magically had pen attachments, but they were STILL not the attachments promised over the phone.

Point is, this business, including the one in Plainview, is NOT worth your time. After talking to employees from both stores I can confidently say that their workers are very rude, and have no idea what they are...

Not going to give day or description except weekend. The shop is possiby going to lose soft drink customers if this one girl keeps fixing them. Twice I've gotten one, and I don't know what she does to them, but not drinkable. The first time i'm positve she mixed two different things together after she got my order wrong to begin with. Now it tastes odd and bitter, nothing like the usual taste. Either she took a disliking to me or the soft drinks are going way downhill. I won't be ordering another one any time soon and have for years, so I know how they...

Friendly staff, as a frequent customer, they bend over backwards to order or stock what we want and follow through with a call to make sure we got what we need. Excellent customer service and way cheaper than grocery store prices. The one on East 50th is on our route home so we are usually there 1-2 times a week. Also recently stopped at one on 34th Street and they were very nice there, as well, and we had never been in that location before. Not that I recommend smoking, but if you do, check out a NBS...
