ordered hawaiian xmas cards on Nov 10. CC charged $53 including shipping fees on date of order and email received the order was being processed. As of Nov 28 nothing from company. Upon calling was told to call back because there was no record of order and employee who had access to computer not at business until 3pm. Called back employee said no record of order or he had no explanation of why it wasnt filled even though they charged my cc. Said it would be shipped soon but couldnt say when. Had to repeatedly ask when I would receive order. Was informed they were busy from weekend and dont expect it for about 2 weeks because they were processing weekend orders. Obviously two weeks it will be too late to mail out xmas cards to family who live far away. Very disorganized business will never do business with them again and future online...

I live in Michigan and I did an online order. I made party favor bags for my guests for my sister’s autumn themed baby shower. Part of the party favor bags included a donut from a local cider mill and a packet of gourmet apple cider from Otto’s. I was a little apprehensive about ordering as I wasn’t too familiar with the company. However, they provided the only gourmet cider I could find. I ordered an extra packet so I could try it out myself before giving it to my guests. And let me tell you… this is honestly the best dried apple cider mix I’ve ever had!!! This company has exceeded my expectations!!! Delivery was on time, I spoke to one gentleman on the phone and he was polite and professional, packaging is elegant and the quality of this product is top notch 👌 Thank you, Otto’s, for contributing in making my sister’s day...

While they have large selections of items that my little niece wanted. I placed a order online, took them 10 days to ship them out. That is only after I called and asked about it they said that 1 of the item was out of stock that's why the package did not get shipped. I said replace it with another flavor, which they said great it will go out. 4 Days later it still did not. I hope you have a lot of time to keep calling them about your order. Otherwise selection is great and friendly on the phone. I'm really not sure how long it will take for me to get my order at this moment. Update: Today's the 3rd time I'm calling. They send me a UPS tracking# that says "shipment cancled" when I tracked it. When I called they said that it actually shipped USPS. Good news is I did get the package in 2 days via USPS and it did...
