Pho District 1 has become my go-to restaurant, a place where my culinary cravings are consistently satisfied with their amazing fried rice, heavenly milk tea, and exceptional dining experience. From the first bite of their flavorful fried rice to the last sip of their delightful milk tea, this restaurant never fails to impress.

Let's start with their amazing fried rice. The moment the plate arrives at your table, you're greeted by a tantalizing aroma that instantly whets your appetite. Each grain of rice is perfectly cooked, fluffy, and infused with a symphony of flavors. The combination of spices and succulent meat creates a harmonious blend that is simply irresistible. But what truly sets Pho District 1 apart is the generous portions they serve. The plates are piled high with their amazing fried rice, ensuring that you're treated to a satisfying and hearty meal that leaves you feeling completely satisfied.

To complement their delectable dishes, Pho District 1 offers a heavenly milk tea that is a must-try. Served with care and precision, their milk tea strikes a flawless balance between rich tea flavors and a creamy, velvety texture. Each sip is a moment of pure bliss, as the sweetness is just right, allowing the true essence of the tea to shine through. It's the perfect accompaniment to their flavorful dishes and adds an extra layer of indulgence to your dining experience. And just like their food portions, the milk tea servings at Pho District 1 are equally generous, ensuring that you can fully relish this delightful beverage.

Beyond their remarkable food offerings and generous portions, Pho District 1 provides a memorable dining experience from start to finish. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure that your visit is exceptional. They are more than willing to guide you through the menu, offer recommendations, accommodate food preferences and make your dining experience truly personalized. The cozy ambiance and attention to detail create an inviting atmosphere that enhances your overall enjoyment.

In conclusion, Pho District 1 is a culinary gem that delights with their amazing fried rice, heavenly milk tea, generous portions, and memorable dining experience. The skillfully prepared fried rice, bursting with flavors and piled high on the plate, is an absolute delight for the taste buds. Paired with their generous servings of heavenly milk tea, it's a combination that satisfies both the palate and the appetite. With attentive service and a warm ambiance, Pho District 1 creates a welcoming environment where you'll find yourself returning time and time again. If you're searching for a restaurant that offers amazing food, generous portions, and an unforgettable dining experience, Pho District 1 is...

I tried this place yesterday for my first time and I have to say, I’m impressed with the food. The noodles are delicious and were cooked to perfection. I’ve been going through a huge pho phase lately and this place has so far amongst the best I’ve found in a long time, especially for Lubbock. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner too, and I loved how proud he was to say that he does just about all of the cooking himself so that he can ensure quality control. He was really proud of his food and honestly I can see why because it was great. He cooks the oxtails for the oxtail pho for 6 hours to make sure it gets soft enough, and I was delighted to hear that he only uses fresh meat in his ingredients. I could really taste the difference too I was quite impressed. I do have to say though that they are still a new business so they’re still working on getting a few things figured out, most noticeably our waiter definitely seemed clueless and untrained. He definitely also forgot a few things, but I wasn’t going to say much because I noticed he was already getting in trouble by a number of his other coworkers. As I said, they’re a pretty new company so I wouldn’t really hold that against them. The other service staff all seemed great so it’s definitely not something to worry much about. I’m really excited to see them fully functioning once they have it all figured out, and I’m forsure coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know that is looking for good pho. Keep up the solid work!

Update: after the 4th time coming here this week alone, everything is great! The food has stayed consistently amazing and service has been phenomenal ever since. Fun fact, the 2 owners are the only ones that cook in order to ensure absolute quality control and consistency. And they do a fantastic job at it! Going to keep coming back, highly recommend! The plan is to try...

We had lunch here at about 12:30 on 6/23/24. We were welcomed with smiles from multiple members of the staff and were immediately seated. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They checked in on us often. By far the best customer service we have had in a very long time! I had a Thai tea that was so good! We shared egg rolls and they were hot and fresh, very crispy shell and tasty filling. They are served with a sweet chili sauce dipping sauce. I have been wanting to try a bahn mi sandwich, so my husband and I ordered and split the grilled pork sandwich. Our sweet waitress said she would ask them to cut it in half since we were sharing. This was delicious! The bread was warm and fresh! The meat was cooked to perfection and the veggies were crisp and fresh. My husband ordered the beef fried rice and I had the pork fried rice. The rice had a really great flavor. The beef and pork were cooked perfectly! The flavor was amazing and the meat was super tender. We ordered way more than we could eat so we have left overs for lunch tomorrow. Again, the service was the best we have had in a long time, the food was fantastic! We cannot wait to go back! In a word: Good. The service was good. The food was good. The atmosphere was good. We were in Lubbock for my granddaughter’s theater play and afterwards, she requested we go to this restaurant for dinner. We were the last customers of the night, but we were treated like we were the first customers of the night. The service was very nice and attentive. We enjoyed talking to the owner who came out a few times to see if we had everything we needed. For dinner, we tried a few Phos, seafood, oxtail, spicy, and meatball pho. We thought that it was okay, but thought that the broth could have been more flavorful. We thought that the spicy pho could have been more spicy and that the oxtails could have been more tender and the sliced beef more tender. The Korean beef ribs were tender and flavorful and the fried rice was very good. We felt like the food was reasonably priced and had large portions. For a college town, students could eat here for a reasonable price and have leftovers. I recommend this restaurant for college students, families and friends. The service is great!

I stopped by this place for dinner with family while staying in the area for a few days, and I'm happy I did! The food here is delicious and fairly priced. You have the option of ordering pho with your own custom selection of up to 3 meats, which I went with - I ordered the custom pho with brisket and meatballs (pic attached). What I liked here is that they gave us each the perfect amount of beansprouts and other additions on the side; many other pho locations often pile on the beansprouts, and we may not use them all. Though, I'm sure you could ask for more here if you wanted! Our server, Mori, was super nice and friendly, which we appreciated, and the place overall had a warm, quiet atmosphere. This place is also located near a Market Street, making it convenient to go shopping right after having lunch or dinner. While we aimed to visit different places each day while we were in the city, we found ourselves wanting to visit this restaurant again by the end of our trip. Would highly recommend!
