Keva Juice #49 — Restaurant in Lubbock

Although the staff was friendly, it was just an awful place to get a smoothie. The inside decor was an eyesore and the seating needs immediate replacement. They have about four blenders that I could see, but they have no portion control when blending the actual smoothie. When blending, they make the same amount for a small size that they would a large, and it's a lot of waste. I ordered the smallest they had and I saw the employee put about 1/4 from the blender into my cup and then throw the rest away. Not only that, the smoothie I got also tasted very artificial and like literal cardboard, and it was one of their more fruity ones too. I’m not that much of a health food person so maybe I didn’t fit their demographic, but I feel like any good smoothie place has something for everybody, even when it’s right next to a gym. Placed an online order to be picked up at 1:34 pm on 8/18/23. I arrived at 1:37 there was a customer in front of me who still needed to order. After she ordered i stepped up waited my turn. While I’m waiting someone else walks in. So I step back being polite to let him order , thinking my order is ready . Just for her to tell me . “Let me work on those right now” . I placed my order online purposely bc I had to be at work . So of coarse when she says let me start on these I immediately ask for my money back because I’m irritated, bc my order should have been ready at 1:34. She didn’t give me my money back, but instead asks the other girl working to help her get my order ready . At that time I just walk out and sit in my truck because I asked for my money back . Keva used to be my favorite juice place till 50 minutes ago!!! Why isn’t it anymore?!!! Because they were two rude cashiers who just waited for my friend and I to say Hi to them whenever We got there!!! I just asked them to make my customized drink and they looked at me like crazy even though I was clear on how I wanted my drink to be!!!! And one of them said we don’t make it like that although it wasn’t my first time to order that drink!!So don’t treat me like I came from nowhere that I don’t know anything!! Just learn how to respect your customers and then go to be a cashier!!!!!!! I know it was 10 minutes before closing but if they don't want to help no more customers why have it open.
