I had a bad experience at this store! And I have the whole year! I’ve asked this store several times and made phone calls. But they have a disclosure! I sent a survey about my situation! And I’ve asked for help! And I did state in the survey that I have been treated like I’m doing something wrong every time I shop here! I did advise that I have figured out I’ve been targeted with false accusations by a group of people who do not like me! I have asked for help or to report where they’ve gotten this False information about me. I’m looking into hiring attorney to go after these individuals who are slandering my character because of hate! I even tried calling the store while I was shopping Yesterday and no one would answer the phone so I could speak with the manager about what was going on around me! That was something I forgot to put in my comments in the survey! I called the store several times and no one would answer! The situation has been going on for months almost pretty much the whole year because of these individuals who do not like me and this is their way to try to destroy my character. Since late January of this year I had an argument with two individuals of this group and after that happened I’ve had nothing but issues with Target and other stores! It’s as if they put out this false bolo on me and that’s wrong because I am not who these people are saying that I am they’re doing it all because of HATE! It is not right and it’s injust! And they’re getting help from someone that has some kind of position or authority because of how I am being treated! I have gone to the police station but I’ve been told that I need some kind of evidence to make a report and to present it to a judge. The reason I chose 2 is because at first I was very unhappy with the store as a whole because the item that I ended up purchasing online and picking up at the store, I had previously gone to the store 1 day before, to purchase the item in-store due to the fact that I had found the item using your app which said that the same store location had 2 left in stock. After going to the store searching aisle, after aisle, after aisle with MULTIPLE employees seeing that I can't find the item, but NEVER once asked me if they could help me with anything or if they could help me find something, I finally got so frustrated and decided to leave without finding the item. YES, I could have asked one of the employees to help me find the item but that's THEIR job to ask me! Not mine! I left there and had every intention to never shop at another Target store again! The next day I checked online for the same item and it STILL said that there were 2 in stock so I decided to try ordering online to be picked up at the store. And was shocked when I got an email not even 30 min later stating that my order was ready for pickup and went later that night to pick it up. If they did have it, why couldn't I find when I went and searched for over 30 min? Who knows. But a bad situation, turned out alright, but I probably won't be shopping at Target stores anymore. Or at least not this location on University Ave in Lubbock Texas, which is sadly just right down the street from me.
