Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Lubbock

It was ok, till we got home and realized we did not have all our food and then called them. My husband explained to the manager we did not get our chili cheeseburgers in our order but everything else. Manager said i know you got the burgers, i put them in the bags myself. We did not get them in the order. They asked us to take it all back and they will refund us our money. So, we take all our food back to them. As soon as they saw us walk up towards the counter. They recognized us and told us. Oh you was not the lady in drive thru. Had to wait for burgers to get recooked. They gave us our 2 burgers along with 2 free large drinks and 2 free corn dogs. We ordered $20+ worth of food. 2 of the $4.99 deals, 12 jalepeno poppers with 2 extra chili cheese dogs, we was only able to eat the 2 burgers , 2 corn dogs, and drink the 2 drinks we got. On this particular day I ordered 3 chili cheese fries, one hot dog, and two corn dogs. I was behind one car at the window, and the employee came out to get my credit card for payment. I thought nothing of it, since many drive-through restaurants do this to speed things up. However, we continued to wait for several minutes behind the car at the window. Eventually, we got to the window, and the employee gave me the bag with the order, and then my credit card with a five dollar bill with some change. She told me that they had inadvertently charged the previous customer's order on my card, so she was giving me the difference in cash. Um. . . okayyyyy So, once I got home, I realized that I was missing my two corn dogs. There was no receipt, and therefore I had no way to telling how much they actually charged on my card. They never answer the phone. I left a message, but I don't know if or when they will get back to me, or if I'll ever see my beloved...

As soon as I walk in this place all I got was like attitude, do not know what the ladies problem was but she was really rude,I didn't forced her to work that hot building. I said I wanted the southern lemonade and I was even looking at the picture trying to decide what flavor. When did she handed me three cups,I asked her I make those lemonade myself, and she said rudely you didn't say though,when I said the southern ones which are the ones in the picture.
