I don't think I've ever left a "bad" review for a restaurant. We ordered two meals to go, as we were passing through Lubbock. I don't even know where to start.
We called our order in to ask specifically what vegetables were in a certain dish. The woman in the phone told us three veggies. We asked to have it made with that and tofu.
The tofu must have been forgotten in the deep fryer. It was inedible. It was too tough to chew. There were NO veggies in the dish.
We were told the food would be ready in 15 minutes, but it was a half hour. We were too far away when we tried to eat, and couldn't bring the for back to complain. Oh, and the white rice was mixed with just a little fried rice. Egg and a couple shreds of carrot in it. It was all so very strange.
I'm not even going to say anything about how the older woman kept yelling at the young girl.
And finally, hilariously, a restaurant named Fortune Cookie didn't even give us fortune cookies.

Read moreI called in an order for a house, special fried rice and already when she answered the phone she was rude and she sounded like she had just gotten in a fight and was in a bad mood and so the Was short, so I tried to just give her the benefit of the doubt, and when I showed up my order was wrong But I had already paid for it, so I asked her if she could remake it, and they started screaming and yelling at me and they were trying to take my food and tell me to get out. Because I paid for an order that they messed up and they didn’t want to fix their wrongdoing Started screaming you as I walked out the door. Very unprofessional I have been there since I was Five years old and I am now 22. They have lost a very loyal customer for a bad day when they should’ve not had her at the front. I do not know what her problem was, but please don’t eat here horrible customer service, and they can’t even fix something when...
Read moreI ordered the house special fried rice. When I went to pick it up, I was asked what kind of sauce I wanted. Being kinda dumb, I said “chili sauce” expecting something like siracha, or hoping to get corrected to hot sauce or something of that nature. When the girl at the register told the lady to grab chili sauce, she scoffed and began to laugh. I felt awfully embarrassed, so quickly said “or hot sauce… or whatever you have..” she then just have me a single chili sauce. I’m figuring chili sauce does not go on fried rice… I just wanted hot sauce. I Probably should’ve just said that but hey they didn’t have to laugh in my face like that. Anyways I got home, the rice needed the soy sauce provided terribly. Even after adding; the rice tasted pretty bland and every so often gave me a weird taste in my mouth… probably won’t go here again. I definitely wouldn’t order the rice...
