I purchased a book shelf about a week ago but prior to purchase I verbalized the need to have it put to gether before I pick it up .the sales person gave me a total price of 240.78 agreed. When I arrived to the store payed the agreed price and was told told to go to pick up location. When I arrived at the location the sale person asked me for money for putting this together item . I stated to her that I have payed the total that we agreed upon and was unwilling to pay any thing else.she and the.man proceeded back inside and left me standing outside. At this point I felt very unconftabe and concerned for my safety when a gentleman walked out saying nothing but had a mean looking disposition. I then got in my truck and returned back in the truck went in the store and expressed my concerns to the manager and was disregarded. I then requested a refund. I will never shop at this store again. Quality of the furniture are good. Sales team is doing a real good job but post sales really needs an improvement. Have to wait for months to get the things delivered. That too even after multiple follow ups.

No one will provide update over phone. In fact got a very rude reply once. Have to goto the store always and ask for an update. Looks to me that once you made the deal and paid, its your responsibility to get the things to your home.

Been told that their orders are delayed due to COVID19 etc. 100% agreed and understood - this pandemic has impacted so many business. But as a customer my expectation was a " Timely update". May be its...

Take my advice and Thank me later.Do not invest any of your money into this Farmer furniture Riding mowers,cheap furniture but expensive to you,mattress thatgets bulky after a few days.. anything from appliances to weed eaters...no telling when you will be able to settle with getting someone to come out to repair brand new items...from the district Manager to the so called manager there know is nothing but bullies...this is from ex employee who has hand's on expierence in the field of listening to major concerns over new items,that does not work or already breaks...
