Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lumberton

08/10/2018 Time of visit: 1:30pm Services here have plummeted below unsatisfactory. I stopped by during lunch rush for a combo. When l pulled into drive-thru there was a strange note posted and CLEARLY stated, "For the safety of our guests and employees, pull around and come inside for ALL orders." Why? I had no clue and the note sitting the window high-midday with clear visibility made zero sense. Having read the note, l went inside to place my order along with several other customers. While we're waiting for our orders, l saw a customer enter the drive-thru. The cashier, a young man, then turned to the lady sitting in drive-thru, proceeded to take her order. What that young man failed to see was the fact that l watched the customer read the SAME NOTE and still waited for him to open the window. A young lady from the back came out and passed a lunch combo out to the same customer. Shocked, l asked the young lady why is the note in the window? She lied and said to me, its there for customers who haven't called in. The drive-thru has never been allocated for call-in orders only. When l reiterated what the note stated, she then attempted to remove the blame from herself and said, I didn't put it there. Completely unprofessional and she didn't offer an apology to all of us who were still waiting inside. By this time, she was to ready to completely ignore any further comments or questions. At this point, l witnessed three other customers receive their orders and leave, while the rest of us previously ordered and were overlooked. While walking out l told a customer that l would post this review because we were mishandled and he completely agreed. This location is fairly new. I've been a customer as well as many other customers since opening date. To the owners and management of this establishment, you don't value your customers. Continue this type of unprofessional behavior and you'll lose more than customers, you'll lose your business. The customers should be held in higher regards, what l and those other customers experienced today was completely beneath disrespect. Let me start by saying I gave it one star because I had to; if I had to give it what I felt it would be a -5 stars. I’m not one to complain about restaurants and as a matter of fact, I’ve never even written a review on one, but with the experience I had with them I just had to say something. When we arrived I went in to see if I could just order inside but there were so many people in there that I couldn’t get through. So I decided to go on through the drive thru. There were about five or six cars ahead of me, and there was a sign on their display saying that we had to order at the window. It’s around 8:20 when I got in line and we sat there thinking well they’re probably putting some fresh ones in and they’ll be done soon so the line can move forward. Well, they served four cars and again we come to a stop. I was second in line by this time. We sat in that spot for forty five minutes before I pulled out and pulled up to the door. There were cars parked everywhere along with the cars wrapped around the building. I walked in and was quickly turned around and told they were closed and if I wanted a pizza that I’d have to get back in line!!! I can understand when they’re short handed, but they could’ve had the decency to make the customers aware of that. So I wasted an hour and twenty five minutes of my time and still wasn’t served by a pizza joint who’s supposed to be “hot n ready”! I can’t see myself coming back here unless they do an overhaul...

Stop by yesterday evening after work. They we're extremely busy, the drive thru line was long, I decided to go in. They did have a world series baseball game in Lumberton yesterday. I came in very polite and a older gentleman came in before me fussing about his wait. They offer to give him his money back, he was very disrespectful and not only did he want his money back the pizza as well to keep. The manager came from the back as she was busy helping in the back, to explain the situation as he may receive a refund but not the pizza as well. She was respectful!!! He starts getting louder and a guy came in to pick his order up. The man was furious and said he would be back tomorrow morning to speak to the store manager. On his way out the door he told people not to order from there. The other guy walked outside just to make sure he left off the property and look out for the well being and safety of others. People are so rude these days. But every employee continue working and getting those orders out. They we're excellent and they handle the situation well!!!
