Citi Trends — Local services in Lumberton

I bought a speaker there,and it didn't work properly. I brought the speaker back a couple weeks later with my receipt,and the lady that was the manager refused to give me my money back and she was very,very rude to me. I'm very upset with how poorly the customer service is there at that establishment and how I was disrespected by a employee that was the manager at the Lumberton,nc Citi trends store. Something needs to be done about the way certain customers are treated there. So they have ripped me off for $40.00 and I'm extremely upset about it!!!! Not a good...

This used to be one of my favorite places to shop for clothes and even though the store is stocked from front to back the selection isn't that great especially not in the plus size department. The prices are very affordable and they offer layaway which is becoming an almost extinct service.
