Without a doubt the most helpful and wonderful staff I’ve ever met before. Out of town from Florida coming to Luray for a Wedding and my car broke down. Stranded 15 hours away from home was definitely hard. The Throttle Body on my vehicle had broken, and the closest replacement to it was in the store in Elkton. Mike who works at Advanced drove me 30 minutes down to the store after he got off work so I could get the part I needed. An absolutely fantastic fella who went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Another employee who helped me tremendously was John. John was out in the rain with me, pushing my car into the parking lot, to help get me taken care of. He was out there, in the rain, giving me advice and helping me with what I ought to do. Mike and John were Guardian Angels who helped get me back on the road and back home to Florida. If you ever need help with an auto part and some amazing customer service, this is the place to go. I cannot thank John and Mike enough for helping get me home, and those two employees are the absolute definition of what Customer Service and Advanced Auto Parts should be. Read moreVisited today to return a battery for the 2nd time under warranty, called before hand and told them I was initially given the wrong battery, was told it would be taken care of. Guy I spoke to was gone, guy claiming to be manager on duty said he couldn't exchange even though I offered to pay the difference (like 20 bucks). I explained that I have spent 1000's at advance, even replaced almost every part on my 89 civic through advance.
