Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Luray

Came in after getting out of being in the hospital with my niece because she broke her leg. Figured we treat her to icecream cause she done really well and who wouldnt treat their kid to icecream after something like that happens. We get there at 8:38pm and order and then we sit inside to eat the icecream. 8:54 they lock the doors so no one else would walk in after two people walked in after us to order one whom also sat down inside to eat. The rudest part of it all was directly at 9pm while we are still eating icecream and the other guy walks back to his chair to sit down they turn off the lights. ALL OF THEM. While we are still inside. Ive worked retail and fast food and you are supposed to wait till the customers leave the store before turning off the lights. I dont know about the rest of my family on returning but i wont be returning considering that. That was straight up rude. If i could give no stars i would. But considering it dont give that option i guess...

Stopped by for an ice cream after visiting Louray Caverns on a Sunday afternoon, Overall bad experience.

First off, they were out of a lot of ice cream flavors, they made excuses that they did not get in their order yet. Ok, so went over to the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee side to get an iced coffee instead, however after waiting for quite a while (under staffed) found out now they were out of the flavor we wanted.

My wife used the restroom, and came out saying not only were they were out of paper towels, but the sewer had backed up…very unsanitary.

As we left, had to use only one side of the door, as the other had a sign that said broken do not use.

Would I go there again…absolutely not. Would I...

Rudest people! Horrible customer service! When I went through the drive-through, and they were closed (though the sign said they were open), no one let us in line know. There were workers inside and when we drove up to the window to find out what was going on, the workers just stared at us and said nothing. Another time, my group went to get ice cream inside the store. The sign said open and nothing was posted about the dining room being closed. But when we tried to open the doors to go in, they were locked. The lights were on as if the place was open and the two workers there, once again, just stared at us. Did not explain anything. Just stared and then went back to whatever they were doing. We even tried to ask if they were open through the glass. No response. Awful. Do...
