Taco Bell / Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Luray

Ordered on the kioks and go to set down being the only one with an order in and the lady (think her name was Autum, had redish hair) calls a name and my hard of hearing husband accidentally said yes. She then realized it was a online order she put in becuase he thought she said his name. She goes to the back complaining to the others about how he said his name was someones elses. I would understand telling them once but she kept complaing till we got our food. We had to stand and ask for our cups and there was no tea out so we just had to get soda. There was another guy who just came in which just made it awkward. This used to be our favorite place to go with nice lady at the registers. Both burrito tortillas and the crunch wrap tortilla were flaccid/cold/raw. Everything tasted off. No cheese in the crunch wrap and little meat. They gave a soft taco rather than a hard taco. They were pointlessly rude while ordering, and I wasn't even the one ordering. No order showed up on the display. No sauce. After sending the soft one back, I spent a few minutes waiting for them to make a tomato-less hard taco.

I love taco bell and am very forgiving, but this meal deserves to be smashed to mush. You look real silly next to all the other amazing places in the area filled with workers who realize that the food goes in other people's mouths.

Anyone who is thinking of coming here, at least order at day and not night. If the person taking your order is rude, don't order much that way you won't waste...

We will never be back, 3 months ago my family and I went through the drive thru. The girl taking our order was laughing and talking to coworkers as we were trying to order. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times because she couldn’t hear us over her and the coworkers laughing and carrying on. This morning my husband and kids went inside and ordered off the kiosk they were ignored for 15 minutes and he heard the coworkers asking if they could borrow a phone charger there was also a pile of dirt in the play area that had not been swept up.
