THERE IS A REASON WHY THIS SALON IS DEAD ALL THE TIME:I WILL BE CONTACTING THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH THIS SALON NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!!! SERIOUS HEALTH/SAFETY VIOLATIONS BEWARE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Horrible salon while going to use the restroom, I walked down the hallway and looked to my right in horror seeing a back area that was so filthy super disgusting. The tools that they use are not sanitized properly as it should WITH AN AUTOCLAVE MACHINE yet they resort to "sterilizing" them with cheap alcohol (clearly the owner is to poor to buy proper supplies). When they do proceed to complete the service they simply just slip they're dirty tools in a paper plastic bag and again NOT PROPERLY STERILIZING THEM PER HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS. I received a classic pedicure wanting to also do a classic manicure but I was disgusted and sick to my stomach how they don't properly sterilize they're tools.During the pedicure, I was even pressured to use the cheese grater (metal scrape tool for the heels which I'm assuming actually no bet my life on that they also DO NOT STERILIZE PROPERLY AS WELL) and to my dismay they want to charge $7 dollars when (again clearly the owner is money hungry to even charge for something so basic) IT SHOULD ACTUALLY BE INCLUDED IN EVERY SINGLE PEDICURE REGARDLESS AS IT IS A BASIC PART OF A PEDICURE. Knowing how they already don't properly sterilize their tools meaning the cheese grater is also not properly sterilized, I declined yet they kept insisting. To even give half a star is seriously not worth it as they're are plenty of better...

Gloss Nails is clean and appear to go well above safety and sanitation measures. I've seen a sad decline in service since the new ownership took over. This morning a had a pedicure with Rose and she seemed quite inexperienced. She read the description of the #4 service I was getting, almost as if to remind her of what she needed to do. The pedicure was not at the level that I had become accustomed to under the previous ownership. It was quick and not nearly as satisfying or relaxing. Once completed, Rose without a word moved on to her next client . I sat for a bit and then (of course) messed up one of my toes as I put my sandals on. I paid and left.
