First and last time here. The food is good, and the atmosphere is fun, but $60 for 2 burgers and 2 cheese fries is outrageous. All the activities were not kept up. They were missing bags for the cornhole game, the pool table was falling apart, and no darts for the dart board. They charge a 4% convenience fee for just taking your order. The portions are so small. Extra $5 (the menu says $3) for some nacho cheese on the fries. There’s barely any on there. I got the gold burger which has onions and nacho cheese, barely any nacho cheese on it either. My husband got the Montana burger- they were out of pork, so they substituted for bacon, but not worth it. If y'all charge so much for burgers, the portions need to be bigger and add more toppings. Reply to owner: Yes, my husband was expecting pork on his burger. AFTER we paid, the employee came up to him and said he was out of pork and gave him the option to sub with bacon or change it for something else. However, you would think with the most expensive burger, you would have ALL the ingredients there. Also, I don’t mind paying extra for cheese fries but when there’s a couple drizzles of cheese on the fries for $5!!!!!!!! THATS NOT WORTH IT!!!! Also, if the speciality burgers are more $, then maybe they should have MORE on them, not a drizzle of nacho cheese and onion for the gold burger.

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt—everyone has off days, and mistakes are part of being human. But the decline in service and quality of food seem to continue to plummet. However, it's hard to understand how someone could be unfamiliar with their own menu, especially when it comes to a burger. I ordered my go-to, the Cajun burger, and it was the most disappointing experience I've had. The cheese was barely melted in fact it was rock hard as if it had been exposed to air, and the signature sauce was absent. Additionally, the lettuce and tomato I specifically requested were missing. When I addressed the issue, I was told that no sauce was included on the burger. I had to argue and refer to the menu, which clearly states that chipotle sauce is part of the dish. After clarifying this, they returned the burger to me, but once again, the lettuce and tomato I requested were nowhere to be found. Doesn’t make me want to ever come back and spend $90 there. Smh.

We were looking for a burger place to try and wanted something different and found Burger Culture. While the adults were a little leery about outside seating since it was 95 degrees and sunny, the tables were in the shade with umbrellas and there was even a slight breeze. There were a couple of Connect Four games to keep busy while the food was being prepared and lively, upbeat music played in the background. The burgers and fries were amazing! We ordered the Chicken Tender Philly, Cheeseburger, Doughnut Burger and the Breakfast Burger. The Doughnut Burger and the Breakfast Burger were the absolute best and the two kiddos that split them could not decide which they liked better. The fries were cooked and seasoned to perfection. We cannot wait to go back and try some of the other options.

I’m a huge burger and fries fan. Has to be my favorite meal to indulge in and I’ve had burgers (and fries) from many places in the area. Recently traveled out to Texas and had some there too that aren’t available here.

Been to Burger Culture well over a handful of times at this point. Usually it’s the owner busting ass over a hot grill which is super commendable. I’ve ordered and got shorted on fries a couple times, some items from the menu burgers weren’t available but the owner was always down to make sure you were satisfied/you got substituted for missing toppings to your burger.

All that said, these are the best burgers I’ve ever had. It doesn’t matter which one you get, from cheeseburger to the waffle burger the base patty is thick, cooked well, and seasoned deliciously. They’re a perfect size too for someone who likes to eat a little more than the average person. Thick patties, big buns and generous toppings. This is hands down my favorite burger place and I have no problem paying a little more to support and enjoy the food. Hell, like I said I’ve been shorted on additional orders of fries that I’ve added to my order, and it’s STILL my favorite burger place I recommend all the time. The fries are also seasoned well, crisp, and absolutely delicious. Most places either have good burgers OR good fries, but never really both and every single time Burger Culture delivers. It’s so god damn good every time, I hope this place sticks around for as long as I can buy...
