This negative review is for Nadia Evans. DO NOT BOOK WITH NADIA EVANS. She has such a bad attitude and so rude and clearly doesn’t want to deal with clients. I booked my usual polygel Russian manicure appointment but the other techs I usually see (Zarina and Nadia V who are amazing) were booked so I booked with Nadia Evans. They asked if I can come earlier, so I did. Nadia seemed to be annoyed right when I sat in the chair. I asked to see the polygel colors and she was annoyed that I wanted polygel and said my nails are too short. I explained my other techs usually add a little extension to even out some of the shorter nails, she said that’ll be extra and I was okay with that but she still had an attitude about it and clearly didn’t want to do it. She rolled her eyes and even though she could speak English to me at some points she had another tech translate because she just didn’t want to be bothered by me. She rolled her eyes again and said ā€œso what do you want to doā€ and at that moment I told her you clearly don’t want to do my nails so I do not want her to finish (at this point she had only pushed back and trimmed the cuticles and even nicked me!). I said I just wanted to do my nails for my birthday and she ruined the excitement and she was being rude and not nice. I got up and said I didn’t want to finish my appointment with her because of how mean she was being. The receptionist was very kind and apologetic but it should be Nadia Evans who should apologize for her bad attitude. I wanted to speak with the owner but didn't see her. I have never experienced such a bad attitude from a nail tech and I’m bummed I had to leave without finishing my nails.

Writing this review to warn new potential customers of this nail salon. I had been going to this salon for over a year, but my last appointment ruined my opinion on Via Prof. I normally book with a specific manicurist, but she was not available, so the receptionist recommended another woman. Marina was nice, but not skilled enough. I asked for a French manicure with a rounded/almond shape. She ended up cutting my nails too short for my liking and my cuticles were raw when she was done. My nails ended up very uneven and sloppy, paint was left on my skin, and I asked her during the appointment to go back and fix things. I tried to convince myself that it wasn’t too bad, but after paying $115 - I decided to call the salon later that day to talk to a manager. I wasn’t able to, so they asked me to send pictures. In the end, all they offered was 20% off my NEXT appointment. In my opinion, this is just poor business and management. If a repeat customer is truly not happy with the service, then offer to fix it for free or offer a partial refund. Don’t be cheap and lose customers over a simple fix.

The best compliment in business is a referral, and that's how I became a client of Via Prof Studio - through my former hairstylist. I've had the pleasure of these ladies offering a service that's like none other. Since 2022, I've remained faithful in having Via Prof provide mani pedi. Yes, on the rare one or two (desperate) occasions, I have gone to a local nail salon - and yes, though my nails are painted, overall I'm disappointed in the quality of service - and results don't last. At Via Prof, yes, you'll pay more than going to a regular nail salon. BUT...your mani pedi gel will last months...YES...MONTHS. So, do the math for yourself: $65 at local salon requiring return in approx. 4 weeks vs. $100 which will last about 8 weeks. I'm a very busy entrepreneur, and having to go back to the nail salon for premature chipping or something else is a deal breaker. Via Prof Studio provides a tranquil and clean environment, with thoughtful extras like holiday decorations, refreshments, and special occasion client appreciation gifts. The technicians are attentive, and owner, Katia, is personable. Just as I was recommended to come, I return the favor and tell everyone who's interested in quality nail service and care to give Via Prof Studio a try! Warning...be careful when stepping into your shower after a Via Prof pedicure...your soles will be soooo slippery smooth:) Fun fact: sitting in the lounger getting pedi now and then will get mani. No chipping on either -and I was last here on...

I could write a novel on how much I love this place. I’ve done my nails with Anna and Julia but I would honestly trust anyone wholeheartedly with my mani/pedi. So much attention to detail, calming environment, clean and tidy. You can tell everyone who works here LOVES what they do and puts so much attention to every detail during the service. That said, expect to be at the salon for a few hours during a mani pedi because they do not take shortcuts and ensure you walk out with spotless work. They take their time for perfect work. You never feel rushed or feel another client breathing down your neck in line. It’s a very personable service. The nails are gorgeous and last an entire MONTH! I could have gone even longer with a pedicure. Coming here once a month is my me time. I highly recommend for people who are very picky with cuticles like I am. I literally don’t have any when I leave the salon. I wish there were more locations like this. It’s worth the drive. I also feel pricing is very fair for what you are getting. This is beyond any average mani pedi you’ve ever done. Thank you Anna for leading such a wonderful salon. Also note that this type of service does not hurt one...
