Culver’s — Restaurant in Florida

I don’t know how to explain this location, I never have issues with another other Culver’s. I love Culver’s it’s my favorite place for fast food. But since this location opened, I’ve only had issues. 25 minute waits (only person in line btw.) their burgers are like actual cardboard, I don’t understand how you even make it like that. And worst of all, I ask for the same thing every time, a double butter burger plain with bacon. I always emphasize plain as I can’t have the cheese, so I say, “no cheese and no sauce.” But somehow, and only this location, they always put something I don’t want on it. And the burgers aren’t cheap, I go out of my way to pay extra to get what I like. So when I go there I expect good service, and quick in and out aswell as good food. I have none of that here, every other location has been perfect. All my friends agreed too, it’s just the one we avoid. I hope things get better because it is the closest location to me but until then I’m driving out the extra...

I had just been released from hospital and stopped by drive thru to pick up a burger on my way home. They asked me to pull forward because it would take a few minutes for them to prepare my meal. I pulled to end of building but an employee came out insisting I pull to the end of the sidewalk which was directly in the hot sun. I advised I could not sit in the sun because I had just gotten released from hospital ( still had wrist bracelet on). Their reply...in order to be served, you must pull forward. There were cars behind me that could have gone around me but she insisted I move my car. So I pulled around front and walked in and got my food. The first time dining in the food was wonderful but, the second time wasn't so much. The culver's butter burger (double patty) was poorly served to me (to go) and I noticed that they had pint ice creams that you can buy and take home so I bought the peanut butter cup pint. There were no peanut butter pieces only vanilla bean ice cream possibly flavored peanut butter. The packaging is false advertising that gave me the impression that I would be getting pieces not flavored peanut butter if that which I really couldn't taste.
